Enjoy beautiful sunsets & beach views from the large private deck. This third floor condo is steps from the beach. The master BR has a new king bed, flat screen (Cable) plus direct access to the private deck. The second BR has a new queen bed, flat screen (Roku) plus ocean views. The living area has a sleeper sofa, recliner, tables & flat screen (Cable). The kitchen has new appliances & granite counters. The condo has dedicated high speed internet. The location is fabulous! POOL CLOSED & CONSTRUCTION ON PROPERTY. 1st FLOOR UNITS BEING REPLACED

Ideal location

Beach visible from the balcony on third floor. perfect size for my husband and I. The beach wagon and beach chairs is what sold me, so convenient!

Family trip - 4 adults

We loved how close it was to the beach and that they had items in the room we could take with us to the beach to use. We also enjoyed the patio off the larger bedroom. Kitchen was also fully stocked with everything you would need. Beds were pretty firm. We also found a few items under the bed and dresser from previous guest. But overall our stay was good and we did not have any issues.

Lovely suite but 2nd bedroom needs much better lighting and the bathroom electrical plug didn't work. Nice bathroom towel supply! Need more kitchen towels.

The bathroom outlet works when the light switch is turned on. If it is not turned on, the outlet will not work.

Great Location

Loved walking to the beach. The kids also loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was close to building and restaurants and ice cream we walking distance from the condo. Two things we always look for when traveling with our large family, washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen. I thought the washer and dryer were included, but they were pay per load community machines downstairs. I may have misread the description. If you plan to eat out while you travel, no worries. But if you plan to do any cooking, this location lacked some essential kitchen items.

Needs cleaning and AC work

The location is great. Across the parking lot from the public beach, an easy walk with the kiddos. Neighborhood seems safe, and restaurants, shops, and ice cream were within an easy stroll. Unit has a beach cart with everything you could need for a great day at the beach (umbrellas, sand mat, beach chairs, cooler, etc). Share complex pool was a great option once kids got sick of the sand and salt. Unit is fairly well apportioned. Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the kitchen appliances you could want. Good supply of dishes to use. The building is dated. Windows were in disrepair, doors to the complex often didn't close, and you needed an actual key to get in (I prefer the keypads or plastic hotel keys). Cleanliness is wanting. Dishes were all dirty and needed to be rewashed before use. Layers of dust everywhere, especially on windows and shades which needed to be opened. Hair everywhere, even in the bed on what we assumed were clean sheets. AC could not keep up in the modest warmth of March. I'm sure being a third floor unit doesn't help. On first night, when it was 60 during the day, AC brought indoor temp down from 80 just fine. Subsequent days, outside was in the 70s. We kept thermostat at the instructed 72 degrees (warm for Wisconites!), but the temp regularly reached 78 or 79 degrees in the afternoon. Only way we could cool it off to be acceptable for sleeping was to open the windows once sun went down and rely on breeze to cool it off. Doing so really sent the dust and grime flying. And, some windows didn't stay open. Can't imagine how this place fares in the hot sun of summer.

I am so sorry to hear that the condo was dirty. I will make the cleaning company aware and do some deep cleaning myself when I am there next week. I am also very sorry to hear about the AC. A guest made me aware today and I am having everything fixed. I wish I had known as I would have taken care of it during your stay.

Location, view and lots of room!

We stayed for one week in this unit! It’s been a little updated from the pictures online, which was a great surprise! New furniture, bed linens, and paint in some rooms! It was well equipped with everything a person needs for the beach, and for cooking small meals! The view from the balcony was worth every step of stairs to reach the unit! I’d only make two small adjustments, hooks by the front door to hang beach bags, towels and jackets if in the winter! And I’d address the lack of plug on either side of each bed, i always wonder why owners don’t buy lamps with built in phone charger plugs? Seems so simple and so convenient! Other than those two small items, we had no complaints!

Overall just okay

A few big things you need to know about this property… it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It also does NOT have a storage unit for the mentioned lawn chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler. So you have to carry everything up and down the stairs and then track it through to the closet getting sand everywhere. There are also no ceiling fans or overhead lights so you have to use lamps. Those are the big negatives. The location however was great, walking distance to the beach which was ALWAYS busy as a public beach. There was also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a blast but would not stay here again.

Fantastic Views

This property on St. Pete's Beach exceeded all of our expectations. The view from the top floor deck was outstanding, and the condo itself was clean, with lots of towels, extra bedding and beach "toys". Some might say the condo is a little dated, but it's a beach house, and with all the ammenities of home was an outstanding deal. Where else do you egt that close to the beach for the money? We highly recommend this condo to any couple and/or family looking in the St. Pete's area.

Prime location & relaxing unit

Really enjoyed this stay, relaxed environment. Generally when I have stayed at other vrbo properties the rules are lengthy with the check in, stay, and check out procedures. Not here. Simple one page instructions making it much easier to relax. Condo is well maintained. Kid friendly. The overall Property could use some upgrades & this is a third floor unit w/ only a stair option.

4 moms on the loose in St. Pete beach! It is such a beautiful area! The condo was very nice and right across from the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place and location was amazing!

David was great to rent from. Property was clean and as described. Excellent location - able to walk to many restaurants and shops and just across street from beach. We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful Beach Location

The only thing that could have made this stay better is the wifi . 99% of the time the wifi was not working or was very very slow . This did not affect my rating because we stayed out on the beach most of the time anyway 🙂 . It was clean and nicely furnished . Perfect for our vacation .
