The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are open, and the Casa Bonita II Condo association has re-opened while they complete their finishing touches. This may include some work around the condo tower and common areas of the property to include the common areas, landscaping and elevator lobbies. The work may also involve some workers, vehicles, materials during the day at times.



While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to the north is Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands and to the south is the luxurious town of Naples. You are minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, and some of the locals' favorite restaurants and bars. Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the water-sports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This property is approximately 24 miles from RSW International Airport and less than 60 mins from Punta Gorda Airport.
