Relax outdoors on the wrap deck, or gather in the serene, open great room, with its fireplace, comfy modern seating and TV/DVD player. Lots of Pacific light floods the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all you’ll need to serve meals in the sunny dining area. Two king bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids give you space to invite friends or family to join you.

Best of all, you’re a 5 minute walk to the quiet Tierra del Mar beach, a wide, level sandy expanse for miles of walking along the shore. Your location puts you close to Sand Lake Recreation Area, where you can hike, enjoy the beach, fish, kayak or ride ATVs on the dunes. You’re also minutes from Pacific City, where you can gaze at Haystack Rock, browse the tide-pools of Cape Kiwanda, enjoy a beer at the Pelican Pub or dine in splendor at Meridian Restaurant overlooking the ocean. Nice place and location

The property description is accurate and the location is perfect - very close to the beach, close to cape Kiwanda and Pacific City, nice and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great little spot

The location is perfect, a couple houses back from the beach. Nice little place that’s well equipped for a weekend at the beach. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable.

So close to beach!!!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house. It is super close to the beach and the beach was never crowded. Wonderful little house, we will stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the location of this rental! It was just steps to the beach. The beach was also pretty empty. The house is a little echoey since it’s all hard floors and not much on the wall to dampen sound. The parking was very confusing, we parked in front of the garage on the right of the main house.

Three bedrooms (2 rooms with king beds, 1 with twin over double bunk beds), with two full bathrooms (one has washer&dryer), full kitchen, and plenty of space in a quiet residential neighborhood within a short walk to a great beach.

Perfect location

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is a very short walk to the beach. Parking is a little unclear and confusing, and the shower in the bathroom on the west side was not working. Those were the only issues, and they were small. Would stay again.

Great gathering space and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken when tried to use it and the property manager didn’t follow through with repairing it. Also the bench in the kitchen was ready to break so we didn’t use it. The location is so lovely and they layout so conducive that we will give a couple of suggestions hoping they are addressed when we return. It’s time to replace the couch cushions. It’s a great couch design—just needs new foam. And the caulking in the shower stall is not up to the standard of the rest of the house renovations. Lastly some sort of outside fire option (propane) would be lovely. The beach is only two houses away with wide space for lots of sand play. The rental will forever be a part of our five-year-old grandson’s first memories of the ocean.

Great beach house

Everything worked! Nice layout, great flooring consideration for the coast. Well stocked kitchen, lots of dvds, and board games. Electric fireplace, kept us snuggely warm. I did miss a hairdryer though. The parki g is a mystery, and we never did get it fugured put. Brst part? The Bunnies running allover the place, cutest thing ever!us snugg

Kids love me parents want to move in!

I was visiting friends at coast and have large dogs that just don’t get along with hers. So, we decided to accommodate me and dogs and have kids come over and do beach time and porch time. It was perfect. The house easily accommodates more. I’ve been to many of the beaches along 101 and there is a reason this one is still considered a hidden gem!
