Fantasia en Pacific City se encuentra en la comunidad frente a la playa de Tierra Del Mar. Esta casa de tres dormitorios, un baño y medio baño tiene espacio para ocho o menos invitados. En el nivel de entrada más bajo de esta casa de vacaciones es un dormitorio con una cama king y TV. En el pasillo hay una alcoba con una cama doble para dormir o para acurrucarse y leer un libro. Hay un medio baño en el nivel de entrada de la casa que también sirve como lavadero. Arriba hay dos dormitorios más; uno con una cama queen y el otro con una cama doble con dos camas individuales y una cama completa. Hay un baño con combinación de bañera y ducha en este piso. La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos para que la familia pueda moverse libremente. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar un desayuno rápido antes de salir por el día o una agradable cena familiar. Excellent stay

House had everything we needed, looked great and in the perfect location. Tierra del Mar is the second best beach on the Oregon coast.

Great house

Very clean and comfortable home, with everything we needed for a long weekend. Super easy beach access and a nice fenced back yard for the dog. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the big comfy sectional couch. The dishwasher needs repair or replacement, but otherwise, everything worked. We would definitely rent this house again.

Clean and nicely located. Only issue is that VRBO advertised it and charged for services and then let me know a local vacation rental company actually managed it. Paid twice for management and listing services. Crappy way to do business.

Lots to do in the house

We had a great time despite dog poop everywhere outside including urine by the front door, there were a few jets in the hot tub that didn’t work, the tv had no remote, dog hair on the pool table, several of the games were broken or needed new accessories. They have lots of board games. I was thankful that we caught the cleaning crew because they left dog food in the dog dishes and the high chair was dirty. It was very spacious and it has a beautiful view!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and amenities were great; but for $120 non refundable cleaning deposit I expected better. There were stains on carpet; ceiling fan blades were caked with dust (directly over kitchen table); tabletops and items on them had not been dusted/wiped down for sometime. The cleaning deposit was more than one night's rental cost! Good thing there are other options of places to stay at TDM.

Great location for the beach

The lower level had a musky smell so no one could stay down stairs but there was enough room to stay on one floor. There was a problem with the refrigerator water would build up on the 2 shelves and freeze food the one door on the bedroom door would lock you in was had to open it few cob webs if these things were taken care of this would be a great place to stay we would be back, very short walk to the beach was most definitely a plus the dogs had a great time on the beach as well as the backyard thank you for this place to stay. The house was well stock with anything you would need for the stay great job on this. Can't wait to come back and I will tell my friends and family about this home short drive to other coastal towns. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property in the past and this year's visit was just as terrific as our previous visits have been. The only issues were the dishwasher doesn'tseem to be attached to anything and, when loaded, the bottom rack rolls out, tipping the entire unit and the rack rolls out onto the floor. The remote also needs batteries.

Beautiful property with perfect location. Steps away from the beach and surrounded by forest.

Everything was as listed. This property was definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in. We had 5 adults and everyone was very pleased. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked plus some, location was easy to find, and there are so many beautiful things to see just a few hours away. We had fun driving up an down the coast soaking up beautiful Oregon!

Great location/great place

Always enjoy staying here. Love the second floor living which is light and bright with lots of room. The deck is such a perfect place to spend the day/evenings and love having the yard with a fire pit.

Wonderful Location, Nice House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit to Tierra del Mar with Fantasia as our home. The space was well designed and adequate for our extended family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children). The proximity to the beach was PHENOMENAL! Lots of hiking nearby and things to do in Pacific City and the rest of Tillamook County. Two of the beds seemed a bit inadequate -- the "full bed" in the room w/ the bunks and the "day bed" in the basement were VERY soft. Adding a second shower to the Laundry room would be fantastic, but a capital expense for sure. We called the management team to ask if they could bring more toilet paper... but they declined. Seemed like a simple enough request to make the customer happy, but I understand it would be an additional expense to them. Overall very happy!

No beach view, but the short access to a long stretch of beach definitely made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay here for a much-needed winter weekend vacation. No cell coverage here but that was kind of a blessing. Had issues with the wi-fi at first but the property company was easy to work with helped us get it working.

Great vacation home next to the beach

The home was one of the coziest homes we have every rented. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. Cozy beds and was quiet. Was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Would always come stay here. Looking forward to next trip.

Comfy House just off the dunes

Cleaners were not too thorough; sand and skittles from previous guests in the leather sofa. Also the back deck (+picnic table and chairs) covered in pine needles. Only took 5 minutes to sweep it off, and seems like something a conscientious cleaning crew would do.

It's always clean and comfortable and we appreciate that we can bring our dog. A suggestion for housekeeping, however, would be that paper towels and toilet paper were pretty minimal. Also, the couch is beginning to sag a bit. Overall, however, we love the place and we always have fun.

The Blue House was ok.

The house was clean and close to beach access. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit. Having only 1 shower was a negative and one of the bedrooms was very crowded with a bunk bed and full size bed. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies.

Delightful Rental and Location

Very nice and bright home. We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean and hearing the waves while sitting out on the back deck (which is covered). A very relaxing getaway. I would, however, suggest that the upstairs cable box needs to be replaced (it doesn't even turn on so no cable in the living room - it works downstairs in the bedroom, though). Thin the silverware drawer, I had to move about 2/3 of the overabundance out in order for the drawer to not fall off of the rails. These are certainly minor, though, we look forward to more stays at this property.

Disappointed that table tennis table had been removed. Fire pit full of rusted iron, and both grills looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. However, inside of property was very nice, and clean. WiFi worked fine, but cable boxes should be removed since neither one works.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Pacific City, the Fantasia property was a great choice for our family of 6. We also had 2 dogs, so we greatly appreciated the fully fenced backyard and having a hose available to hose sand off animals and kids! The cable did not work on either tv, but we had brought along our Amazon Fire stick and plugged it into the TV upstairs so the kids could watch a movie in the evening. The house is SO close to the beach that we never worried about the kids complaining on the "walk" home about being cold as it wasn't far to go. They also had beach chairs available, lots of extra linens/towels, etc. We plan to come back for sure!
