We hope you'll enjoy your stay on South Padre Island as much as we have. Our family-friendly condo is right on the beach, just a block from Blackbeard's, the most popular island eatery.

Condo was very clean and right on the beach with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Only downside we experienced was the washer and dryer are not located in the condo. They are located down the hall near the elevators. The beach has layout chairs for rent, and the water was crystal clear during our visit.

This was a great place to stay on South Padre Island. It was definitely oceanfront, beach view property!! The view was spectacular. Not only was this two bedroom clean, orderly, and comfortable, but the interior was up today and nice. However, the exterior needed some sprucing up to make this condo more appealing.

Our rental was very nice/updated on the inside with a beautiful view of the Beach. You can see the sun rise & set from your bedroom, living room & balcony. Absolutely stunning!! It was very clean but due to the humidity it’s causing some paint to peel on the walls. The only real issue we had was the smell of sewer as we got out of the car to enter, it’s terrible. They have updated beautifully on the inside but the outside could use some help. The Cleaning crew does a great job on keeping up with the premises although it’s outdated. We were able to go get towels, bedding ect but it is not brought to you & if you use the only washer there you have to pay. Would be more convenient if it were in the beach house. Easy check in but make sure you get your guest parking permit first thing. We noticed if you do not have this you will be towed!! We completely understand that it’s extremely important because there are only enough parking spots for the guest at that particular building. Over all we gave this place 4 stars but comparing it to many other beach homes we’ved stayed in. All the way from Oklahoma The Chickasha Fight’n Chicks Crew

The entire condo was just perfect for us. The balcony view of the beach was so calming, and the chairs were so comfortable to sit on for a while. The layout of the condo is very, very nice, easy to get to anything. Loved the kitchen and pantry as well. Just loved the whole package. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Loved the 3rd floor view of beach and sunrise! Enjoyed having chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach. Very clean and updated interior.
