Fantastic 2BD/2Ba Condo in Fraser, very close to Winter Park

Comfortable. Affordable. Casual. This unit at the Pines at Meadow Ridge is a first floor two bedroom, two bath condominium-style unit with a private balcony, a fireplace, and sleeping space for a maximum of six people. A full kitchen with every essential, including a Jenn Air stove, and a dining space provides the option to eat in. A large Safeway market is right down the hill for easy access to any grocery needs. The free town shuttle stops right out front of the unit every half hour and will take you to the store, into the town of Winter Park, or to the ski area. Unit owners enjoy complimentary access to Club Meadow Ridge which is just across the street from The Pines complex. The Club includes an outdoor heated pool & spa, full gym with free weights and machines, racquetball courts, a sauna, outdoor tennis courts, a meeting room, laundry facilities, game room, ski rentals and a gift shop. February Ski Trip

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, had everything we needed and was on the ground level. It is close to Winter Park to drive or you can take the free shuttle right outside the door. We had a sick kid on our trip, weather coming in, and had to miss a day of skiing. We asked the host if we could extend our stay last minute and he made it happen. Ryan was easy to communicate with, will definitely try to stay in this place in the future.

Very spacious, easy access, basic and outdated.

Huge space, clean, lots of storage (closets, dressers, cabinets), outdated furniture, very basic. Adequate utensils and dishware. If you stay almost a week, dont expect adequate dishwasher detergent, bath soaps, coffee, any tea or spices (beyond salt & pepper), plastic wrap, aluminum foil. If you need more of what basics run out, there are instructions for how to get charged for more.
