- From November to March, there is an optional nightly pool heat fee of $30 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). This fee is not required from March 31st to November 1st
- Toiletries are not provided. It is recommended that you bring your own
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front of the home facing the yard and driveway. Cameras 2 and 3 are located on each side of the house facing the side yards. Camera 4 is located on the rear exterior of the home facing the backyard and pool area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The pool camera can be deactivated during guest stays

Perfect location and beautiful home

Greg was excellent with his communication and the home is absolutely perfect and features a great location being less than a mile from the beach. Our family loved spending the week there.

This place is perfect. The house and the pool area are beautiful. There are beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon if you want to make the trek to the beach. Great communication with the host.

Spring Break 2025

This house was comfortable, amenities were great and location was fantastic. Even the small details are thought of like the grill with gas tank and beach chairs. The property manager, Greg, was an excellent communicator. Our family of 5 vacationed on Spring Break and would love to return to this awesome vacation rental. We highly recommend!

The owner and property manager were a pleasure to deal with. Easy check in and check out. Immaculately clean and a beautiful Zen-like backyard pool and spa. Great location close to the beach and restaurants as well. Thanks Greg and Jason.

Fantastic vacation

Beautiful house, very clean, nicely accommodated with very pleasant pool garden.We have spent here one week, enjoying living in the house and bicycling to the beach. The house has great locations very close the beach and the State park. We experienced nice support from the owner side as well. Highly recommended for vacation!

Just outstanding

This house could not be better. Clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed. The backyard, pool and hot tub was beautiful and surrounded by walls of palm trees making it an oasis. The neighborhood was quiet. Its proximity to the beach and to restaurants was great. It was cheaper per night than some of the hotels in Naples. Would gladly rent it again. Ikes and beach chairs, as well as all sorts of pool toys.

Long golf weekend

Perfect house for our long golf weekend. Everyone loved the accommodations, beds were very comfortable, house was clean and convenient to golf courses and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were outstanding!

Naples Florida vacation

We really enjoyed the house and the great SW Florida weather. The house was extremely clean and met all of our needs. It is also a great location and close to Conner park and the beach. Additionally, Greg the owner was super responsive to all of our questions and needs. That day we have decided to rent again in 2024.

A + property

This has been my all-time-favorite experience in renting a property. The house is brand new inside and out and everything is very clean /convenient/ nice. The beds are extra comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub are paradise!! The landscaping is amazing. There’s nothing else you could need! Our trip to this house was paradise! I loved every minute here and plan to go back next year!

My family and I stayed here in April and absolutely loved it! The pool was our favorite part of the house. There are so many toys provided and kept my 4 kids entertained for hours. I was also pleasantly surprised with how many beach towels we had as well. I loved the location of the property. You are 5 minutes to the grocery store, Dunkin Donuts and beach! We loved the place so much we booked again for April of 2022!

Amazing family getaway

This home was the perfect getaway for our family with young children. The salt water pool was the biggest hit but we were so close to the beach, local and chain restaurants, grocery stores, and children’s museum. Greg was very prompt and helpful with questions we had prior to our arrival. We loved Naples and the home so much that are already planning our next trip back!

Perfect place!

This house perfectly suited our needs. The property is even better than the pictures reflect. The pool area is private and perfect for lounging and relaxing. The four bedrooms and two baths provided plenty of space. The property is near beaches (although our favorite beach was Naples Beach, approx 30 min away) and each day we took long walks down to the beach areas and enjoyed seeing the beautiful homes and landscaping in surrounding neighborhoods. A perfect place...we would definitely return in the future!
