This house is ideal for a family vacation. The pool was perfect and the fencing was newer with even more privacy! The grill wasn't working but I won't discount the rating due to the host doing all he could.

Excellent Property

This house was more than perfect for our trip. There was plenty of room for lots of people, even though we only had three. We were impressed that there was a living room, a separate family room connected to the kitchen and then the patio with furniture set up and a tv outside. Great spaces and the two bath rooms were also very nice. The property was very clean and the pool was great as well. There were beach chairs in the garage, which came in handy for our couple of trips to the beach. We would definitely go back if in the area.

Exellent property with all one would need.

Newly renovated three bedroom house. The house is totally complete with nothing missing from Kitchen to pool. The highlight of the house is the pool area and surrounding relaxation places. Perfect for a group of six and large enough so that all can find their own places. Plus, the house is very close to Beaches and State Parks. Ideal vacation sport. We can't wait to return.

Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was as advertised and centrally located near the beach, shopping and numerous restaurants. The property was clean with a grill, well equipped kitchen and even had beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner Don and his property manager Bob were great. They were very responsive to any issues or needs that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a winter Florida getaway.Joe S.

Amazing home for family vacation!

We loved spending our mornings at the beach and our afternoons swimming in the pool! The house has everything you need to make your family vacation a breeze. This is our second trip back to the house, and I appreciate that they now have an optional alarm on the sliding door to the pool. It was great peace of mind when traveling with two toddlers. Our contact at Evolve was amazingly responsive to any questions. Can't wait to go back again next year!
