The open living space features modern, upscale furnishings throughout including a king size bed with luxurious mattress and resort quality linens, modern design sofa, 50" Roku TV with a standard Xfinity channel package, and a stunning kitchen that will far exceed your expectations for a studio condo. You will enjoy upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, eating bar with bar stools for 4 and gourmet appliances as well as everything you could need for cooking and serving meals.

The bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower and a brightly lit vanity with ample storage. A sizeable closet with mirrored doors is located in the sleeping area.

Windows flank two walls of the condo, bringing the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach right into the living space. An open balcony with pub height Adirondack seating & table for 2 overlooks the water, where you will be dazzled by the sunsets over the Gulf.

All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.

The door features a keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys at the beach.

Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, are all available for your use.

Tennis & pickleball courts and shuffleboard are new and available for use.

The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building A & C on the ground floor.

This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.
