This four bedroom four-and-a-half bathroom is located only three doors south of the exquisite Ponte Vedra Inn & Club resort. All amenities of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and Ponte Vedra Lodge and Club are subject to availability and included during your visit during construction of the Surf Club. Ala carte pricing will apply to golf, tennis, dining and beverage.The home is a split-level home with four bedrooms which are spacious and beautifully decorated. Downstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, and the second bedroom offers two single beds. Upstairs, one room has a queen bed, and the last bedroom offers two single beds. Each of the rooms have their own private bath.The fully equipped, beautifully updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A quant banquette alcove is located off the kitchen. A half bath is conveniently located downstairs. Beautiful tile flooring is located throughout the home. The home offers beautiful cypress paneling and stunning beams throughout the living area. With the bonus Florida room and plenty of outdoor seating, this is the ideal setting for a vacation or rejuvenation.
