Deluxe High-Level Condo with Beautiful Ocean View, Free parking & Wi-Fi
Aloha and Welcome to Property Manager! We are so happy you have chosen to stay
with us for your Hawaiian Vacation!
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
This gorgeous 31st floor condo has views of Waikiki, a sweeping view of the
ocean, and is only a few blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This
unit comes with a fully furnished, freshly renovated kitchen which includes a
full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, rice maker,
coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home
cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen has a dining table and
chairs for a great dining experience while you stay with us! Sit back and
relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes pull-out sofa, a
reclining chair, and a large TV. The lanai includes a table and chairs for you
to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the surfers ride the waves!
This unit has a great bedroom with King-Sized Bed and a great view. The
bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a
very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a gorgeous white
marble countertop and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a closed off private
toilet and a great standing shower with a detachable shower head. This
bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great
day spent at the beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do
provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room
assignment.
This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable. There is A/C in the
unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all
of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!
Property Manager at The Waikiki Banyan
Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the
lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,
saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property
Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free
Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and
cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with
provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
line, Property Manager ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. If the Waikiki
Banyan condo isn't available, feel free to inquire about other fantastic
