Embark on your perfect beach vacation at the enchanting 11B Mariners Walk! This newly updated and beautifully decorated villa in Isle of Palms offers an airy floor plan and an incredible ocean view. The large private porch is not only the perfect place for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee, but it also provides direct beach, creating an ideal coastal sanctuary. With no elevators and no need to navigate around a building to reach the ocean, you and your family can seamlessly enjoy the beach for hours on end - a quick snack or a cold drink from inside is just steps away!
The living area of 11B Mariners Walk features comfortable furnishings with gorgeous floors and a newly installed shiplap, presenting the look and feel of a classic beach home. The kitchen is well equipped with coastal blue island cabinetry and pendant lights over the bar area. The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs. It features a king bed, and offers views of both the communal swimming pool complex and the ocean! Additional bedding is offered in the living area with a sleeper sofa.
Additional Amenities Include: • High-speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Full-size washer and dryer. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.
11B Mariners Walk is a short walk from the Links Golf Course, which features a restaurant in the Pro-shop. The Sand and Sea Day Spa and several additional restaurants are also a short walk away. Bike paths are a fun way to explore the Wild Dunes and the Isle of Palms. Coastal Retreat makes bike rentals easy to coordinate with your $250 beach gear credit.
Ideally located, Coastal Retreat is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. *Home Truths:* - City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Mariners Walk pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grill, is open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Foam on top of mattress was uncomfortable as it made the bed very soft and wasn't very sanitary as it was directly under the fitted sheet. Pot holders in kitchen would have been helpful, as well as unscented laundry detergent and more than four (4) dishwasher packets for a Sat-Sat reservation. Wireless signal not strong enough to use laptop upstairs. Appliances and air conditioning all in working order, comfortable living area and porch furnishings. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for two people. The close proximity to the beach was also an added bonus.
