Very good, but not great

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This place was perfectly geographically located - it was opposite the lagoon and in walking distance of everything on the main drag / boardwalk but also the boardwalk going the other way down toward the mirage. On this, it was fantastic. The view was mint. For the price, however, based on our experience styaing at hundreds of airbnb's a few things were probably lacking:- The driveway is so steep that it is impossible for any car to dismount from it without scraping the nose on the bitumen. (Also probably a bit unsafe for some smaller cars if it was wet and mouldy). - There was only one bedside table and lamp in the master bedroom.- The single lamp in the master bedroom did not work. There were no bulbs to replace it (if that is what the problem is).- There was no general cleaning spray.- There was no paper towel.- There were some tupperware lids but no containers.- There were only 4 coffee pods provided for 4 people for a 5 day / 4 night stay - aside from this, there were a couple of international roast sachets. - There was only one bin bag provided.- There were only 4 dishwasher tabs provided for a 5 day / 4 night stay - which is generally sufficient, however when there are kids and major messy lunches, sometimes an additional wash may be required.- There are key locks on two bedroom doors that lock shut every time the door closes - which means your children are trapped in there - could be very unsafe if the lock fails. - There were no bath mats.- Every light in the place has an icy cool globe, making the place very stark and aesthetically cold.
