We absolutely loved staying in this condo for one week! We brought our dog and it was conveniently located near the beach and Gulf Place. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The host is very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed the condo. It worked well for our 18 month old. Fairly short walk to beach and shops. The pool had a toddler entrance which was nice to have. Enjoyed walking to Shunk Gulleys for early dinners. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach access area and it worked out great. Great stay!

Perfect location to beach and all that Santa Rosa has to offer! Beach access is just across the street- a three minute bike ride away. Bike path is also across the street and follows alongside 30a for about 20 miles. We rode up to Top Sail state park and down to Watercolor. The path takes you much further though. Bike and golf cart rental is also right across the street along with food and shopping. The property was clean and well maintained. We saw people there daily working but never in the way. The pool was refreshing and relaxing after a day of beaching and biking. We felt safe there, never saw any riff-raff, or heard any loud/strange noises. The condo is also conveniently close to an exit gate. The condo itself was perfect for the two of us! We appreciated being on the ground level- no steps to deal with and parking was close. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious enough for us, and well equipped. Bring extra toilet paper- not an issue for us as I always bring household items with me, but just something to be aware of. (There’s a Walmart about 10 minutes away on Highway 98 that has groceries, liquor store and a pharmacy.) The washer and dryer worked great and made life easier! The bed in master bedroom was so comfortable- we slept great every single night! There was an AC issue upon arrival but Evolve and the owner were friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve. This was our first Florida vacation and I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to return to this condo!

Perfect stay on 30A

Our family of 5 came to spend spring break at this house in Florida and had a wonderful time. Most importantly it was clean. The apartment is small but it fit us all comfortably for sleeping, and didn’t matter so much since we spent most of our time out and about. We loved the location. The beach was within walking distance, and so were many shops, restaurants, and icecream stands. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. Overall it had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

Weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway to 30A! It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for our stay. While we usually stay on the east side of 30A in Watercolor/Seaside, we loved the vibe of the west side, allowing us to enjoy the best of both areas. The short walk to the beach & close proximity to the community pool was a definite bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Some issues but property manager responsive

The property was in a great location and was a nice cozy condo for quick beach and activity access. However, we arrived to an uncleaned condo, for which I promptly alerted the property manager/owner. She was responsive and figured out a plan within an hour. She was unable to get cleaning services in that day, so she provided access to another house for the night near the same location. I appreciated this, but it was a nuisance to have to move back and forth into locations to start our stay. We also discovered that the clothes dryer had malfunctioned after we washed some towels mid stay. The property manager was again responsive and apologetic, and did get someone out on our last full day to fix the error. We were able to enjoy our stay overall, but the above situations were frustrating.

Beautiful Condo, Close to Everything!

This condo was perfect for us and our 2 dogs and we loved the fact that this condo is on the ground floor. We really liked how close it is to restaurants, shopping and that it is a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool across from the condo. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.Thank you!

this is THE place to stay in Santa Rosa

I can't say enough about my stay here. Being an VRBO owner I tend to be critical of anywhere I stay. This place- ABSOLUTELY hands down the best place all around I have ever stayed. Everything and I mean everything was spot on. The communication with the owner was spot on. You better stay here- what a great place- a few steps to the sandy beach of Santa Rosa.

The perfect getaway for you and your pups

This condo was perfect for our little family! Easily accommodating for 2 kids and 2 dogs! Only a 10 minute walk from the door to the sand! It was VERY clean, cozy, and super cute! We enjoyed every minute, hope to stay again!

Love this clamshell!

We had originally planned to stay here and bring our dog, because it is a pet friendly property; however, we decided to not bring him this trip. This property would have been ideal to bring our pooch. Located on the bottom floor with a nice grassy area just steps away. As previous reviews have said, this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach, etc. The condo was very nicely appointed and clean. Plenty of dishes, cups, flatware as well as baking sheets, skillets, sauce pans and cooking utensils. There was a nice supply of kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, and bath and beach towels. The air conditioning worked great and kept us nice in cool after being outside in the sun all day. Perfect size and layout for our family of four. These are random items I’ve mentioned but important ones to me. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and is located close to this condo unit. We did not experience any problems during our stay and no issues with the booking process. Thank you for the wonderful vacation memories!

Great place , close to the beach!

Condo was very nice , clean close to the beach and pool! Only complaint is our neighbors above us. we could hear stumping and furniture moving sounds every night…🙈 but overall great experience, I would stay come and stay again !

We had a great experience here! It was clean and welcoming. The property manager was so kind and responsive! Also, I would recommend to someone with toddlers. We looked for a place without stairs in the condo and somewhere we could easily baby proof and this was the winner! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Beach Place

Great, clean condo. Good communication. It was a quiet and well maintained property. The location is perfect, right off 30A. We really enjoyed being near walking path, allowing us to walk everywhere. Very close to beach access, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around and the beach is just a short walk away.
