Beach Walk Cottage is dog-friendly, calm, and comfortable, with thoughtful accessibility features including a walk-in shower, grab rails, an extra-height toilet, and no internal stairs. It is the perfect base for couples, small families, or anyone looking for an easy Peninsula getaway close to cafes, coastal walks, wineries, and hot springs.

Just a stone’s throw from some of Mornington’s most beautiful beach walks and coastal views, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom cottage offers a welcoming home away from home. Sleeping up to six guests, it is an ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer.

Inside, the home is bright, fresh, and open, with crisp white interiors, a brand-new kitchen, and modern appliances. There is plenty of room to spread out, with two living and dining areas and a newly renovated disability-friendly bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together.

Guests have the entire property to themselves, including a covered back verandah with comfortable seating, a separate laundry, and a fully fenced garden that is safe for dogs. Whether you are heading out for a beach walk, visiting local wineries, or enjoying Mornington’s cafes, restaurants, and bars on Main Street, just a short drive or around 25 minutes on foot, Beach Walk Cottage is a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Beautiful little home perfect for our stay. Beds very comfortable. Didn’t use third bedroom with the single beds. Kitchen has everything you need plenty of crockery and plates. Full laundry so appreciated. Communication with host is A1. Lovely and clean couldn’t fault. Bathroom and shower is beautifully renovated.

Lovely House

We really enjoyed staying at Sarah's place, very well decorated, really clean and had everything we needed. Good location, right on the edge of the town and close to good coffee shops and coastal trail walk. Would definitely stay again

Great value just off the Esplanade

Compact villa unit, excellent value, very clean and 2 min walk to foreshore with steps leading to a secluded beach/cove. Need transport to Mornington centre although there’s a great cafe (Lilo) in walking distance.

Such a cosy space for us, we loved the back deck and easy access to bus routes, Mornington shops, and the shore. The house was well kept, comfortable, and quite clean. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms has no windows, and the kitchen space is small with a few utensils for use. However it was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely stay to celebrate the end of school exams. Thank you!

not very well set up for average persons as dishwasher was not functioning and leaked all over the floor. not enough pots and bowls microwave was way too high also fire extingwisher was out of reach if needed, mat on floor in lounge was very loose and slipped and slided ,very dangerous, not enough bed linen in one of the bedroom,How can you call it a house when it was unit that was false advertising.

I left my number for you to call me if you needed anything. Thanks for letting me know about the dishwasher. If the microwave is too high, bring it down and put it on the benchtop? The fire extinguisher is no longer required as we have changed from a gas cooktop to an electric one. The rug has anti-slip mats underneath, but it can be easily folded up. All beds come with a fitted sheet, a loose sheet, a doona cover, four pillows, and a warm blanket. I simply do not understand what else you need. It says cottage, but there are photos of the outside of the unit. So you are wrong again. Perhaps next time you book a hotel.

The incredible shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema and nightlife of Main St Mornington are only a short drive or 30 minutes walk away. There is also a great local cafe nearby, as well as many renowned wineries within easy reach on the peninsular. You'll love the picturesque, tranquil setting and convenient location of this idyllic getaway.
