Welcome to Sunny Daze - 43 Center Lane South

Escape from the bustle of daily life when you stay at this cozy 2 bedroom cottage in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. The home is just steps away from the beach, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Pizzeria and Festival Lawn.

The downstairs living area with new fireplace is attached to the kitchen and dining area in an open floor plan. Downstairs also includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs there is a guest room with a queen-sized bed plus a twin-sized bunk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

The front porch swing is a main highlight of Sunny Daze, perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a fun day on Lake Eufaula. Don't wait to book this cozy cottage in the Crossings District of Carlton Landing.

Sunny Daze has 1 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Please visit for water park and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rental availability.

The house was super cute and had everything you could need. We would love to rent again.The only feedback I have is if you have a toddler, bring a baby gate. We thought the upstairs room would have a door. It does not and is just at the top of the stairs.

One disappointment!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location was great BUT we came to enjoy the outdoors on a beautiful weekend book in hand and the patio was a big disappointment. The furniture was extremely dirty along with the porch itself. The furniture did not have covers on it I am guessing all winter! We were going to try and clean a couple of chairs but there were not any extra towels or rags.

Great getaway

This was such an adorable house for a weekend getaway! Great location, our girls loved the books and coloring supplies available in the upstairs bunk room. Very clean, had everything we needed! Would for sure rent again!

Fun place to visit and wind down

Carlton Landing is a great spot for families or couples looking for a weekend away. Kids can safely run free. There is some construction noise during the week but it didn't ruin our stay which we extended by 2 days. The weekends are the lively time with more people and things going on.

We rented Sunny Daze so they would be comfortable and have their own kitchen. It worked out perfectly! They loved the location and it rained one of the days they were here and instead of being crowded indoors, we visited on the covered porch and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely rent it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five had a relaxing and fun fall weekend in Carlton Landing. We were first time visitors. The kids (4,4,7) loved exploring the trails, beach, communal areas, garden, ping pong, playground, visiting the chickens, playing Jenga at Mama Tigs, and sitting by the fire pits at night. Sunny Daze had games, books, puzzles and legos for the kids, which they loved.The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating indoors or on the patio. The kids had fun hanging out in the upstairs bunk room while us parents enjoyed wine and a movie downstairs. We hope to return soon!

The pool and hot tub were not working

The floor of the house wasn’t mopped when we got there , but the rest of the place was clean, we booked this house for the pools and the hot tub. The first two day the pool and the hot tub walking distance from the place we rented were not working , the third day the pool got fixed but the hot tub wasn’t. Been in the chilly side of the weather had been great have the hot tub working .

Loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay there and will be back for sure. Fit our family perfectly, beds were comfortable and it had all we needed to cook meals as a family!

Relaxing

Booking, check-in, check-out was super easy. The property was beautiful 🤩. We stayed Tuesday & Wednesday and it was so quiet and relaxing. Loved taking walks around the town snd seeing all the beautiful houses.

Exceptional.....but.....

The house was immaculate and very enjoyable but the refrigerator made so much noise until about midnight that we had trouble sleeping. It is right outside the master bedroom. Should probably be checked because it sounded like it would cycle on for about five minutes then cycle off for about five minutes continually. Very loud!

The location was perfect for our family- close to the lake beach, pool, pop-up shops, restaurants, parks, etc. This was our first time staying at Carlton Landing. It exceeded our expectations. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly people, and overall an amazing lake stay. We would highly recommend Sunny Daze.
