O apartamento atendeu todas as expectativas em relação a conforto, comodidade, limpeza, utensílios e localização. O atendimento e suporte prestados pelo proprietário desde o primeiro contato foi muito bom. A portaria do condomínio, na época da hospedagem, estava em obras, o que causou um certo transtorno para entrada e saída, uma vez que havia horários em que os funcionários não estavam disponíveis para abertura do portão da garagem. Apesar deste transtorno temporário, apreciamos muito a qualidade da estadia e a cordialidade dos proprietários. Muito bom!

Com plena condição de avaliar o imóvel,pois foi a segunda temporada que alugamos,infelizmente ,não é mais o mesmo. A mobília foi modificada (pra pior),em um dos quartos (móveis velhos e de péssima qualidade),na sala foi colocado um sofá estampado (duro como pedra),e pra piorar,fui fazer a mamadeira do meu filho (butijão de gas vazio).Atentar para a varanda ,quando chove a agua infiltra e escorre para sala.

(descrição do anúncio era precisa) Zona sossegada com restaurantes, passeios e atrações nas proximidades. acesso rápido a partir da BR101 para visitar praias mais distantes. Supermercado nas proximidades. Sr. Luiz e sua esposa, os proprietários, muito atenciosos, super educados e compressão. Todos os porteiros foram muito eficientes e atenciosos. Apartamento novo. Prédio terminou reforma agora. Super limpo, elevadores novos. Proprietarios super educados. Fomos em 4 pessoas mas daria para ficar em 6 ou 7 tranquilamente. Varios restaurantes proximos. Estão de parabéns.
