Poinciana 205 - Hamilton Island

The apartment is completely self-contained, air conditioning and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is a open plan with microwave, all crockery, cutler, cooking utensils, Linen and bath towels are supplied, you will just need to bring your own beach towels.

To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

We’ll make sure your holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports*, sports club* and The Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes, there are more than ten restaurants to choose from and do suggest booking ahead for the popular ones. There are various takeaway shops, a great Bakery, IGA Supermarket and Liquor shop, not to mention an array of boutique type stores and the ever-popular Tavern.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Clean apartment with a great view and communication from host. The non-refurbished main bedroom could definitely do with blinds blocking light from the external walkway

Comfortable apartment with lovely view

The apartment was clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It's very central and close to everything, having the buggy included is a bonus. I had a few issues which, for what I was paying, were very disappointing. There was small things like no face washers supplied, the washing up detergent was almost empty and I would expect as least a small packet of soap in the bathroom. The main issues were there was not an iron or hairdryer in the apartment which were supposed be supplied, I was there for a conference so both items were necessary. The contacts for the apartment was lovely, they responded promptly to my issues and had the items supplied within 24hrs. On my 2nd last day I was going to wash my clothes however the washing machine was broken. For the cost of the apartment I felt these issues should not have happened. Overall I would recommend this apartment but the owners need to keep the place in better condition. There was a lot of odds and ends stored in the alcove near the bathroom which made it look tacky, another thing that such an expensive apartment should not contain.
