What a wonderful rental! Very clean, very spacious and great view. We were there for a week with family (6 adults and 1 baby)! Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds.We wished there was a grill available, but that is not a deal breaker for our 5 star rating! THANKS FOR A WEEK FULL OF MEMORY MAKING!!!

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. The only issue we encountered was one of the beds did not have a box spring, just a mattress on the frame. This made it less comfortable than expected. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we would consider staying here again. Thank you!

The condo was very nice! Our problem was a full floor tile removal in the condo directly above us. It lasted for three full days. It was so loud we could not have a conversation, watch tv or sit on the porch. We sent several emails and a phone call and were told they could not be responsible for the other condos. We could understand some maintenance or an emergency but a full renovation for half of our stay was not acceptable. My husband was told by the contractor that the job was approved the day before. Once again this is a very nice property but the situation and management was poor. We should have been compensated for the three days we were unable to be in the condo. This was our first Vrbo experience so I am left conflicted if we would try this again.

We shared updates as soon as information was provided to all owners by the association, but we recognize this situation still significantly impacted your stay.While this type of renovation is outside of our control, we do empathize with your frustration, particularly given the length and intensity of the disruption. This is not a typical experience at this property.We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand how this affected your overall impression of your stay.

Good place to stay!

This was a great property and just as the listing shows. Great view of ocean and river. Super clean! The pool area was nice and had an ocean view as well. Will stay here if we come again!

The kitchen skillets were not in good shape. Plenty of appliances but were all dirty. We couldn't use the toaster oven cause it was so dirty. There were bugs in the cupboards and throughout the condo. I don't know what they were? Kind of long wormy things with lots of legs ?? The condo itself was pretty, but was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty, the shower in the master looked dirty. I know they said if we noticed anything that wasn't right to contact them, however, when I pay that much for a condo I expect it to be clean and bug free when I get there. Not to have to have a cleaning crew and exterminator come after I'm already settled.

We take concerns like this very seriously, especially because this condo has consistently received 10/10 reviews and is typically recognized for its cleanliness and condition. Also you are the 1st to describe the skillets in bad shape. What you’ve described is not reflective of our usual standards. The issues with cleanliness and your report of pests are unacceptable, and we have escalated this immediately with both our cleaners and pest control for the building for a full review and resolution. While we do encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns right away, we agree that a condo at this level should be clean, properly maintained, and ready upon arrival. This situation clearly fell short of that expectation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are taking corrective action to ensure this was an isolated incident and does not happen again.

Stunning Condo!

The condo is gorgeous & so spacious!  It was better than the pics!  Breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room & bedroom, it was amazing!  The kitchen was extraordinary & it was such a bonus to have all the neat appliances provided too. We had the best time, thank you!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Wonderful space with great amenities!! Amazing views, exceptionally clean, great pool and hot tub. Fitness center was clean and had everything we needed. Communication prior was accurate and efficient!! Can’t wait to come back.

Daytona Shores Family Trip

Great experience. Communication with the property manager was awesome. Any question or concerns were addressed almost immediately. Place was super clean, very well layed out and had plenty of towels and linens.

ITrip Daytona is wonderful to book with!

There was an issue with the unit we were scheduled to stay in on the day we were traveling to Florida. ITrip is excellent with communicating and made sure that we were moved to another property and had an amazing trip. Don't hesitate to book a stay at one of their properties. Can't wait to stay with them again!

Feels like home

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for my husband and I, my 2 grown children, their spouses, and my 16 month old granddaughter. I would suggest purchasing some dish cloths and dish towels - I didn't see any there. Beds and furniture were comfortable. A couple more chairs on the balcony would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo.

properrty mgmt team and cleaning team

the property is awesome. The cleaning team., maintenance and mgmt, team aren't doing a great job. We were greeted by silverfish, 5 wash clothes in the unit for 8-10 people, dinning room chairs falling apart, drink stains on all furniture, less than an adequate amt of pots pans and silverware, also we recieved 3 keys instead of 4 and were told we would owe 100 for any lost keys. we worked around it and bought wash clothes etc. We i returned i told the mgmt co the issues
