Lovely cottage in Big Bear City with great amenities. Nearby Snow Play, the Convention Center, and delicious local restaurants. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, slopes, golf course and more! Spacious and comfy enough for hosting families and friends for any occasion!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen including stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, popcorn maker, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the spacious back deck with a fenced yard and the front deck with string lights.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Close to most Big Bear activities

Located just outside the main hub of activities. Neighbors to the left were a bit rowdy and drunk on the first night but quiet after 10pm. Quick drive into town. Place was clean and easy to find. Only space for 1 car, which for me was fine.

Great Weekend Getaway

The Sherwood Cottage was perfect for our holiday weekend getaway. If it weren't for the skiing, we would have had no need to leave the space. From the hot tub to the games to the nicely stocked kitchen, it was perfect for us. The only suggestion would be to get a knife sharpener, as they were all quite dull and difficult to use.

The place was good , but the carpets were horrible with stains . Also my daughter was bittin like flea bits of some kind. Yard was relaxing .

Good stuff

Overall, this was a great space. Some minor things that could be addressed... Towels for the hot tub and possibly mat of the room that grants you access. The fire place is misleading... No wood and they say fake logs provided, but there were none which greatly interferes with the heat output. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is ok other guests but should be looked at. Otherwise, great location and space. Smaller than images infer, but a good amount of room for a small family.
