This is the real deal. Everything you need just you and yours or the whole family for a great holiday escape on the water at Rangiputa.
Luxury holiday home close enough to tip your toes in the crystal clear waters & white sands just a foot from your deck.
Something for everyone fishing,kayaking,snorkeling,jet skiing,wind surfing you name it this place is where its at with a touch of flare.
The Full Package is a Large modern beach front property designed around ultimate summer living. The living areas open up floor to ceiling out to the beautiful sites Rangiputa has to offer. It also boasts a more intimate and private open air entertainment space in the core of the house and with bedrooms at the back of the house it will surely be your most favourite place to come. The fourth bedroom is located off the garage with own bathroom and kitchenette.
Please note: Fireplace unavailable for use.

Breathtaking Views of Paradise from an Incredible Property

My husband and I stayed at this home for 3 nights in February 2023. Everything about the stay was perfect. The home is positioned on a corner next to a quiet boat launch which made for easy access to the beach (which was beautiful - we swam every day!). The features of the home created an outdoor living space with their big windows and retractable sunshades. The kitchen was big enough to host many guests with the many seating options and large prep spaces. We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Zealand.

Paradise

Beautiful house and a fantastic outlook. We had to clean on arrival and cleaned on our departure which was disappointing. The blind remote was intermittent, we did not get alot of help on this when we phoned the manager. The bore water was disgusting (very brown) and our family are familiar with bore water. Otherwise we had a great time. Thanks for having us!

Luxury living

Amazing property and location! Had the best holiday. Right by the water, so you can get the sea breeze and the other side of the house is a great sheltered area. Also has an awesome internal outdoor area, so many options to relax or have fun. Has air con which is great on those super hot days. The bed in the main room is the best I’ve ever slept on. Highly recommend! We loved it so much we have booked again already.

Absolutely amazing

The location couldn’t get any better. Right next to the boat ramp so very handy and entertaining. Beautiful sunsets. House is incredible.

Amazing beachfront property at Rangiputa

A well presented beach front property with top of the range amenities for a family to enjoy the sea facing views. A short distance from scenic Matai bay. We had a great five days at Rangiputa.
