While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo, the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

The Space:

This comfortable, cozy 6th floor Bonita Beach & Tennis studio condo is pleasantly decorated, well maintained and offers many things to accommodate your stay at the beach. The view out of the living room window, sliding glass doors and fully screened lanai will delight you - day or night, your view of the Gulf will be one you won't soon forget!

The studio floor plan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .

The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, and flat screen TV with cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed lanai where you'll find 2 sun loungers and 2 additional side chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with hotel quality linens, and love the storage provided - no need to pack lightly here!

The full bathroom comes with a combination bath tub and shower and ample storage. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The efficiency kitchen in this condo features the basics you should need to prepare and serve simple meals during your stay, including a full size fridge and freezer, stove and microwave oven, as well as cookware, dinnerware, and silverware.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

The Community:

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is building 1.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.

The Area:

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
