PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – APRIL 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

This oceanfront condo is quite a beauty! Step off your patio and walk right to the beach or pool from this first floor oceanfront condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy an early morning sunrise or a movie night. The beautiful, bright kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot and a stackable washer and dryer. There is a brand new king bed in the primary bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom hosts private access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and two twins in the bunk bed style. The smaller third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest" has one twin bunk bed and an additionally twin.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast and within the vicinity of the historic St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, the condo provides ample opportunity for entertainment and relaxation. Nearby attractions include but are not limited too; Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and Flagler College.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The room was not cleaned very well before our arrival. The floor was still covered in food and sand. The floors left our feet black with dirt. We had to buy mold cleaner for bathrooms, sinks, dirty fans, clumps of hair in bathroom drains, front door wouldn't shut properly and you needed to slam it shut. Besides cleanliness I enjoyed the experience.

Great Vacation

We have stayed at CRC numerous times. This was the first time we stayed in this particular room. We love staying on bottom level properties, allowing easy access to pool and beach. This property was great. It was spacious and clean, meeting all of our needs. Washer and dryer was changed out during our stay and this process was smooth and hassle free. I gave an overall 4 star rating due to parking concerns. We have never had to park in the farthest parking lot before and we had to this time, even with a “blue” pass.

Nice place for families

Very nice place for families with kids and teenagers. Plenty of comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit tight, but it has all you need for a vacation. lovely view of the ocean but also very private patio which was great.

Fantastic stay right on the beach!

We loved our stay! Everyone we met was so nice and the property manager was especially kind. The unit had a beautiful porch and easy access to the playground, beach and pool area. Thank you for a great midwinter break!

Great Spot By The Beach

Nice condo with plenty of beds close to the beach. We loved being able to walk out the back patio and over to the boardwalk leading to the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice too

Rainy week in St Augustine

The pool was nice and was also the unit was close to the beach. Our only complaint was the unit itself. The front door was very hard to open. The sliding door leading to the patio would not hardly open. Only myself and my son-in-law could muscle it open. Sent management emails the day we arrived and did not get anything done about it until Thursday. Also, we noticed that the "bunk bed" room was hot. My grandsons would not sleep in the room. I initially thought the AC was not functioning very good but on our last day we found out the dry vent was blowing hot air into that room each time we ran the dryer. The room was also not very clean. There was a half bag of some kind of chips under the couch pillows and dirty dishes in the oven when we arrived. Due to the poor maintenance in this unit, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 2102 with our 2 children and a pair of grandparents. It was a comfortable layout for a group of 6. The inside was clean and stocked sufficiently for a 3 night stay. We would definetely stay again. The only major issue we had was with the sliding doors. One was nearly impossible to open and the other was a bit difficult as well. We put in a work order but it was not attended to during our short stay. Also be aware of the porch area, we found several brown widows and egg cases on the outdoor furniture-- not unusual for Florida but something not everyone would know to watch out for.

Great location

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Great location, close to the beach and has pools for the kids. Things were clean, my only complaint is I wish there were more of the staple amenities such as paper towels, extra garbage bags, etc.

Love the Colony Reef Club, but not this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So overall I was pretty dissatisfied with this particular condo. We arrive there is still sand everywhere on the floor. The bathroom sinks leak while running and towel hangers are missing. The front door almost fell off of the hinges first day. We tightened, but had to have the maintenance crew come repair. The maintenance crew was fast to respond. We didn’t want to mention all of the concerns, as we are on vacation and didn’t want the maintenance crew to be there every day. I would recommend a bug service. As we are watching tv, there was brown widows hanging out under the lamp holder in the living room, and a roach ran across the floor. If you have a big family I would recommend bringing a few large pans, since your cooking utensils are kind of limited. We grew up at colony reef club. My family came the same week every year growing up. The atmosphere is still the same, location is good. I would not recommend this particular condo. I think it could meet the requirements of a silver. The person who took the photos edits very well, of they are outdated. We had family staying at another gold condo and it was very well organized and updated.

A bit outdated, but great spot on the beach

Overall we had a fantastic stay. The unit was pretty clean, but many things are older which can make it feel not as clean. It needs some updated appliances to make it 5-star. However, you can’t beat an ocean view. It was easy for the kids to come and go from the pool about 100ft away. And the beach access was so close it was nice to not worry if we forgot something because we could easily go back to get it. We would definitely stay again.

However, the condo was a big disappointment. From the broken screen door to cheetos on floor. It was extremely filthy. We couldn't even use the outdoor patio because of how old and dirty the furniture was. One bedroom was like a closet with bunk beds firm as wood. Dryer fumes go into that room. The other bunk bed top bed felt like it was going to collapse. The coffee pot, utensils, and stove couldn't be used due to filth. We will never rent that condo again.

There are not any storage containers for food so bring your own. The beds are pretty old. The layout of the unit us nice. There are lots of spiders on the patio and there is no fan so it is hard to enjoy the porch after sun down because of bugs and spiders.Access to the beach is awesome and the boardwalk has been rebuilt so it is very easy to access!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect condo for our girl's getaway. Plenty of beds for everyone in our group. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice view! Our favorite part was being able to walk out of the patio door directly over to the pool and beach access. We would definitely stay here again.
