Fabulous stay

We planned our family get together and 7th Heaven was perfect for our group of 19. We had plenty of space and all the amenities you could ask for. Perfect location away from and yet close enough to the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

Spring break trip

Was not cleaned properly all bedding was terrible. Floors sticky, half the lights at the property were out. And anything we left out got covered in ants on the kitchen counters.

Beautiful surroundings!

Our house was beautiful! However, we would suggest that a Handyman or Maintenance Person needs to visit 7th Heaven & just correct all the “little things” like needed lightbulbs, VERY loose faucets& lie water level in the hot tub, just to name a few. Our weekend stay was enjoyable and staff most cooperative to meet our couple of requests!

Overall 7th Heaven is a good stay. Downstairs at night you hear ALL water used throughout the house All night. House uncleaniness involves deep cleaning inside and outside. Bring your own flashlights lights (dark inside and outside the house even in bedroom especially with bunkbeds, cooking things, no crockpot, pizza cutter, kcup coffee pot no diahsoap, 1 dish washer pod. Our group had to use a flashlight just to see the oven. We did express our concerns to host and maintenance came right way. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Fire place in 4 places. Table sits 10. Fridgerator is small.

Not the cleanest place. Looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for awhile.

We enjoyed the stay but I had to do a little cleaning before our guests arrived. Floor was sticky, cobwebs galore, fans and vents were disgusting and the Christmas decorations were still up at Easter. Not what I expect for more than a thousand dollars a night.

Not well maintained

Beautiful cabin but not well maintained. Hot tub and clothes dryer were not working. Fireplaces had problems. There were no extra blankets available and cabin was cold at night. Can on porch used for cigarette butts had not been emptied which was nasty since none of us smoke.

Family Retreat

Large spacious cabin with lots of parking for the group (some cabins have fairly limited parking). Every bedroom has a bathroom, plus a bathroom in the hall on the main floor. Super location in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Feels like you're out in the country yet the property is just a few minutes from all main highway through town, loved that. The property was not quite as clean as expected, housekeeping needs a little more attention to detail. However it wasn't terrible and certainly was not a deal breaker. The property shows a some wear in areas, and some plumbing fixtures were a little loose. One of the beds didn't have sheets on it, we called the night number with a request for sheets, they never came through. The next day we called the office and they sent sheets right up, made for an awkward night the first night though. We rented the property through Vrbo, however the property was not owned by individuals but rather a property management company. We found that process to be not as friendly as our usual rentals through Vrbo.

Wonderful! Go ahead and book!

I booked this property for a nice birthday getaway! This property was absolutely great! It’s located near many shops, eateries, and entertainment. It takes you two minutes to get to Walmart from the property and it’s only 8.4 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg! We will definitely be booking again!
