Belle Grande Cabine Dans les Smokies!

‘The Hummingbird' is a beautifully designed cabin with privacy and fun in mind where you can enjoy your vacation away from it all! All bedrooms have king size beds (all linens provided), their own private bath and separate living areas are located on each of the three levels.

The first level invites you to relax by the stone fireplace. The open dining area is a great area to gather for meals while you await dinner from the spacious fully stocked kitchen. One of the two bedrooms located on the first floor hosts a Jacuzzi tub for your pleasure. A five person hot tub is located just outside on the outdoor deck for your convenience in any season!

The second level offers two additional sitting areas and a card table for lots of family fun. There are also two decks located at the front and side of the second level. Two bedrooms and baths are also located on this level.

On the third level is another sitting area with a mini bar and full size pool table for those with a competitive streak. Two more bedrooms and baths are located on this level as well. The upper outdoor decks offer rocking chairs for you to soak in the peace and tranquility that the mountains offer.

This magnificent cabin is just minutes away from Dollywood, the Outlets, downtown Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Yet, when you retreat to your cabin you feel like you have left all your worries behind in the quietness of the mountains.

We stayed for our annual family vacation. Four generations and we all lived the house. It had plenty of room for all 14 of us and so much to keep us all entertained. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean and all TVs worked. Second and third level areas were nice to spread out in and watch multiple football games on. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors but it was Labor Day weekend so somewhat expected. They were not troublesome to us personally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Over all we had a good stay. Some of the bathrooms light’s were out. Didn’t like the trash on the side porch right by the kitchen and hot tube. Hot tub was not cleaned.

My family of 14 had a wonderful time at the Hummingbird! My primary issues are the beds. The mattresses NEED to be replaced. Need more towels. 2 per bathroom is not enough when most of my kids have kids. Since you know how many kids are going to be there, there should be at least one per person. Overall.. it was great. A good place for families/friends to reconnect.

Larry and I reside in Middle Tennessee and have always enjoyed getaways to cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. We have always loved the beauty of the Smoky Mountains and enjoy taking our children there for quality family time. We love that you can make your vacation one on the go with shows, Dollywood, skiing (in the winter),etc. or more laid-back...hanging out at Douglas Lake, morning coffee on the front porch, hiking...We love our new cabin and invite you to enjoy it too.

Larry and I spent many vacations in the Great Smoky Mountains and fell in love with this area. 'The Oaks' in particular, is an area that is easily accessible off the main road in Sevierville. It is easy to find and provides paved roads for ease of access in all seasons. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while avoiding their traffic. The cabin is also located at the end of the road with forest on 2 sides...so it quite peaceful!
