The Dining table makes an excellent spot to have breakfast in the sun, a Nespresso coffee machine will help the start to the day, followed by alfresco dining area outside. It is a very warm cottage with central heating and fireplace (wood included).

The spacious main bedroom has stunning views north to Coronet Peak and has a new Queen size bed with electric blanket and cosy duvet. The bedside lights make it great for reading at night in bed. There is a full length mirror and hanging rack with coat hangers. The second room is set up as European Singles and captures the Remarkables. It has hanging rack space too. There are two writing desks upstairs creating the ideal place to write a book or complete work away from the office.
Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, with a heated towel rail, make up facecloths, hairdryer and shower complete with Only Good energise Natural hair & Body wash. There is a separate toilet and vanity unit upstairs and another one downstairs.

The kitchen is well appointed with a ceramic hot plate cooktop and a inverter microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Electric jug, toaster, tea pot, plunger coffee, small cock pot and everything you need, like - tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, cereal, milk included. There is a dishwasher, washing powder, Nespresso coffee pods, shopping bag, umbrella for those wet days.

Ayrshire Cottage was built in 2019 on 3 acres, of land that was once part of a Wakatipu Ayrshire dairy and sheep farm

The development has the Wakatipu basins historic preserved Hawthorne hedges around the triangle which makes up the “Golden Triangle” and each site is separated by large berms, providing a magical privacy and not impending the stunning outlook to the surrounding mountains from every direction. We lived in the Cottage for a year whilst the House was being built and moved into the house in August 2020.

We have 4 pet friendly hens and one Standard Poodle 12year dog (Bess)
