We are repeat guests because this home truly stands out as the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrive, everything feels welcoming and thoughtfully prepared — even down to the cookies for us and treats for our dog. The house is beautifully maintained, with cozy furniture, comfortable beds, and a fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and shaded by lovely trees. The neighborhood is quiet and located near great restaurants. Historic Pensacola is beautiful and full of history, just minutes away. The beautiful white sand beaches are worth seeing. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Fabulous Pensacola Cottage

This darling home truly is the cleanest and most well-stocked place we have ever stayed. Everything you could ever need is there for you. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The backyard is also gorgeous. The host had gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It is also convenient to major highways. We will stay here for future visits to Pensacola.

My family rented this adorable home for a weekend away and we were blown away by how hospitable the owner was. We had all the accommodations we needed and she was more than helpful, making our stay very enjoyable! The home was very clean and had all accommodations. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend this fabulous home.

This truly is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. The owner has gone way above and beyond to provide a beautifully decorated and very well-stocked home. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. The fenced backyard is gorgeous and roomy. There is a nice parking place for two cars. Great tourist and restaurant recommendations were provided. We will plan to stay there on future visits.

Was the perfect place to visit our son who is half way point to get too quiet cud-a-sac planes do come down low to land at Pensacola Airport didn’t bother us much during the day not as much at night no planes go by slept well. Places galore to eat and shop half way to gulf breeze beaches home was fully loaded with necessities very clean.

Beautiful home!! I would highly recommend this place for your vacation needs. Home had everything we could possibly need. Fresh baked cookies and dog treats waiting for our arrival. Property manager reached out to us during a thunderstorm to make sure we were aware of the weather conditions and she let us come a couple hours earlier than check in time!! Book this one! Great location. Comfy beds and super comfy reclining couch and loveseat. Very large living room enabled us to entertain family. All the teenagers ran up to the loft to hang out. Screened in porch for those that needed an escape. The owners provided so many extra details from homemade cookies, laundry detergent, toiletries and games for family fun nights. Property was in a nice neighborhood close to bay and groceries. Fabulous stay!

House was exactly as pictured - beautiful! Fit all of perfectly. Owner went above and beyond with communication and welcome. Beds were comfortable, backyard fenced with plenty of room, plenty of room inside that we comfortable but not on top of each other. Great water pressure and hot water - and shower heads were high - a bonus when at least 2 of us are 6’0 plus. 30 minute drive to beaches but that wasn’t are primary reason for visiting so that was ok. Quite nice neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful house!

We just left this property, so sad to leave. We were coming up from Ft. Myers to visit our son. We had such a wonderful time! This house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! Love the cute back yard! When we got there, there were tasty home made cookies, and some dog treats for our furry family member! Marisa is such a wonderful host! I feel like we bonded! I can honestly say, she thinks of everything you might need! This property is close to everything, couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back!

Will definitely stay again.

Could not ask for a better place to stay and relax. It is not on the tourist area, it is tucked away about 10 minutes from the mall and shopping and 20 minutes from beaches. Our experience started off with an email telling us that the house was ready 3 hours early and to feel free to go in, there was cookies and fur baby treats left for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pots and utensils, washer and dryer setup with detergent. It rained almost the whole time that we were in Florida and there was plenty to do in the house, several games and plenty of channels. Power went out on Saturday, messaged the contact number to see who was the service provider, they messaged back within minutes the power company name and that it was already reported with an estimated time of service restoration. Basically I am trying to say that I will book again and would rate a 7 out of 5 if the site would allow.
