As part of the gated Sterling Shores community, enjoy two pools (beach front pool is heated from Oct-May, larger pool cannot be heated), a beachside snack bar, grill areas, and a fitness center. Just off Highway 98, this prime locale offers quick access to great restaurants and a wide variety of favorite local attractions.

LIVING AREA The open living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or perch at the bar for three.

BED & BATH This penthouse sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, which provides a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, while a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Beautiful

It was all beautiful. Resort and PH6 was great and very well located. Trip was fun and a wonderful get away for our group of 4 lady friends. Time flew by too fast.

One of my favorites!!

My husband and I have rented many properties for vacations and this one definitely rates in the top three! It included everything we needed and more! We have a couple small issues but they were taken care of immediately. The property was beautiful, the pools were clean, beach access was only steps away and having The Back Porch restaurant right on the property was very convenient. If we come back to Destin, we will be renting this property again.

We’ve been coming to Destin for years and decided to stay at Sterling Shores this year and it was the best decision! The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff was amazing, and the location is perfect. We highly recommend this condo!

Great Location

We love Sterling Shores property, it is close to everything and has an awesome pool. The condo is spacious and has comfy beds. The cleaning could have been better as the floors were so dirty the bottom of our feet were black within an hour of arriving. The king guest room by the entrance of the condo needs some plumbing fixes in the bathroom as the sink leaks (it is ask a known issue because there is a bucket under there to catch drips), but the towels got wet from the dripping. The toilet takes forever to refill and makes a ton of noise. When we initially arrived one of the air conditioning units was not working, so we contacted property management and they had someone come out within the hour to fix it, so that was nice to have a quick turn around. Overall it is an amazing property and nice condo, just needs a couple updates and better cleaning of the floors.

I was a bit concerned staying across the street from the beach but this view was remarkable and we never felt the “street” experience once. The property was very nice! One huge negative was only 1 elevator. There are 2 on site but one was broke our entire trip. However, this would NOT keep us from booking again in the future!

All around wonderful

Everything was as stated and spotless. Beds comfortable. Our favorite spot was the huge balcony. Plenty of room for all 7 of us out there, and we found ourselves congregating there frequently. We watched dolphins every morning in the beautiful water. Beach was clean. Beach umbrella rental mafia is very frustrating/annoying but seems to be universal to the area. Elevators were quick. Pools very clean and the saving chairs at dawn game is not allowed (hooray!). The Back Porch Restaurant just across the street was terrific. We hope to return.

The property is very well kept and in a great location. Quick walk to beach (2-3 min) The pool area is very nice although the water was a bit cold. Smaller pool had much warmer water. Condo is set up nicely and we would recommend it to everyone. View is fantastic 👌

Sterling Shores Penthouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation in mid June at Sterling Shores Penthouse was wonderful. The keyless entry went perfectly, the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit was very clean, updated, well furnished, and very roomy for an active family reunion of 9. Frangista checked in prior to our trip with reminders both online and with a phone call. A check in call also came later in the week to see that all went well. This location is perfect with a large lagoon pool and a smaller, quiet pool beachside. Hot food and beverages were available for purchase at the beachside pool. The grounds are very scenic and well maintained. The short walk to the private beach was very manageable, even with young children. With the Back Porch restaurant right across the street, we frequently just walked to lunch or dinner. This location and amenities made for a wonderful vacation.
