Upstairs features an open plan, bright & modern living area with polished floor boards throughout, flat screen Tv & DVD player + reverse cycle air conditioner, generous size contemporary kitchen with dishwasher. There is a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods. Main queen bedroom with ensuite, 1 room with two single beds which can be made into a king on request, there is also a second bathroom & separate toilet. Living area opens onto large balcony west facing and taking in northern aspect with 180 degree magnificent views.
Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms plus 2 way bathroom which has a bath. 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 singles, a lounge room with a Flat screen Tv & heating for those chilly nights.
Single car garage, drinks fridge & laundry.
Linen & towels are supplied. 
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the top of the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.
