Newly renovated 3 bedroom house in central Cohuna (200m to town centre).
Cohuna is stunning rural town where the Gunbower creek runs through the main st).
3 minutes walk to the main street, IGA, shops, bakery, ice creamery, Cohuna pizza, takeaway cafe, Cohuna Tavern for a lovely meal.
Cohuna waffles & factory & field are a few minutes walk for yummy food, coffee & beautiful gift ware.
The newly developed sandy beach area on Gunbower creek & park are a few minutes walk (for hours of fun with the kids) as is the Cohuna swimming pool, tennis courts, skate park & bowling green.
5 minutes drive to the famous Stuart Appleby Golf course.
4 minutes drive to the Cohuna ski run.
Walking track from Cohuna to the ski run (approx 4 kms)
10 minutes drive to the mighty Murray River.
40 minutes to thriving Echuca.
20 minutes to Kerang & the gorgeous Kerang lakes & waterways.
"Cohuna Central" has two queen rooms (beds) & one single bed in 3rd bedroom however there is another single mattress & divan so able to sleep 7.
Huge back yard with a fire pit.
Back yard fenced off for your pet.
Plenty of parking ( including area for boats).
A great place to get away & truly relax.
Doona's, pillows, towels & bath mats provided.

Great location, comfortable stay.

We had a great weekend stay at this property. It was clean, basic, and had everything we needed for a relaxed family catch-up. The location was excellent—right in the centre of town and within easy walking distance to shops, the supermarket, and other amenities. Communication with Jen the owner was clear and prompt, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. A good, no-fuss option for a comfortable stay.

The Best Location, The Best Small Town

Cohuna Central is the Best House for your family, A great location, plenty of room, you can walk everywhere. A plus for me is a Laundry, you don’t take all your kids washing home, you can do it each day!

Family visit

My family and I were visiting family so the location of Cohuna Central Accommodation was perfect; walking distance to shops and lovely creek stroll in the summer evenings. Accommodation was as described, spacious and great with two bathrooms for three adults. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Nice range of books to read and nice touches such as games and edible treats. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Clean & Tidy

The house is clean and tidy, Large size 2 bedrooms, One has a attached bathroom and toilet, and separate bath room and a toilet, very convenient, Jenny has left a welcome treat, wifi reception was good, large back yard, we stayed 2 nights and enjoyed, restaurants and IGA is closed by, can recommend to anyone who are looking for a comfortable place to stay, value for the money, Jenny is very quick to reply for any inquiry, we were offered early check in and late check outs, we did use the early check in offer as we arrived Cohuna earlier than expected. Thanks Jenny.
