Situated on the third floor, this unit boasts a welcoming open atmosphere with high ceilings and multiple skylights that flood the space with natural light.

The main level features two cozy bedrooms, each with queen beds and adjoining bathrooms for added convenience. A spacious living area with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and a balcony provides a great space for relaxation after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy access to the indoor association pool, a perfect way to unwind.

Upstairs in the second-level loft, a king-sized bed and private bathroom provide a serene, private space for restful sleep. The loft area also includes a pull-out couch, offering flexibility for additional guests or extra lounging space.

The place was very clean and mostly comfortable. The location was fabulous. It was not a far drive to the touristy locations. The loft space was almost unbearable to sleep in during the heat because of all the skylights. We had to buy fans. It also is not the most toddler/baby friendly place especially if they are on the move. There was no way to block off the stairs to keep my daughter on the main level. It was also hard to enjoy the deck with her because there was a decent size hole in the deck that her leg could easily get stuck in. The pool and hot tub was very nice, and my older boys enjoyed swimming in it every night. However, they do not allow children in swim diapers in the pool. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall it was nice and quiet. I just would not recommend staying here with small children.

Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this condo was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Very clean with a lot of room.

It was very comfortable, clean. We felt it was one of the best homes, we have stayed in. The only complaint, there was a gas grill hooked to endless supply of Natural gas but it was not turned on. I would suggest property Mangers to buy a new cookware set, the non-stick surfaces are scratched and flaking off

Weekend Getaway

We had a two-night stay at the Condo. The place was very clean and spacious with all basic supplies provided. Just a short drive to downtown Petoskey. I would recommend and definitely would stay again in the future.

Purple place.

I like the layout of this condo, and I’m a big fan of purple. The beds are comfortable, and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, although the toilets could stand to be replaced as one always has to hold the handle down to get them to flush. This place would be a do over.

Perfect location for ski weekend

Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend. Great location - about 12 minutes from Nubs Nob and close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Our boys loved the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing. The unit was in great condition and well stocked. Just a heads up - the water in the unit can have a sulfur smell, but bottled water was provided. We would absolutely stay here again!

Halfway back to Michigan Tech

Stayed one week in Petoskey taking our son back to MTU. Place was dated but very gently used. So much space, quite, and conveniently located to everything in the area.

Great unit but no WiFi

We loved the cathedral ceiling and the natural light from the skylight windows. The three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were roomy. The place was clean and inviting. The family enjoyed the available indoor pool and hot tub. The deck was not inviting as the railing is rotted. Also, WiFi was not available in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed the space and will consider it again.
