Welcome to Hilltop Bearadise! This newly listed 1680 sqft 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin with game room is located on a hilltop in Gatlinburg directly on the border of the Smoky Mountain National Park boasting peaceful seclusion and plenty of privacy with easy access to hiking trails as well as an abundance of amenities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hilltop Bearadise has parking for 2 vehicles, a hot tub, smart HDTV’s in every room with streaming apps as well as a game room with a pool table and a foosball table! Step out onto the porch to relax in the hot tub or fire up the charcoal grill for some Bar-B-Que all while only feet away from Smoky Mountain National Park!

Main Level:
On the main level you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom and large porch.
The living room comes with multiple chairs and sofas. There is also a sleeper sofa here for additional sleeping arrangements.
The newly updated kitchen is perfect for making your stay feel like your “home away from home”. On this level, also enjoy dining at the table as you bask in the glow from the wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the large HDTV.

The bedroom on this level offers a Queen size bed, HDTV, and an attached (tub/shower) bathroom.

Step out onto the deck where you will find multiple tables and amazing views.

Upper Level:
Head to the top level where you will find a spacious open loft containing a King size bed, HDTV, and an attached (tub/shower) bathroom. Head across the catwalk to your own private deck where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park!

Lower Level:
On the lower level of this cabin you will find the game room with a large HDTV, one bedroom, one bathroom and large porch. You will also find on this level a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The Queen bedroom on this level features another HDTV, an attached (tub/shower) bathroom, and porch access.

The deck on this level is also where you will find the hot tub.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

We had a quick trip and it had all we needed. We played some pool and foosball and enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were amazing! They are the firm style which we all liked and we slept great!

We got to our cabin on a Friday. It started storming shortly after arrival which was fine until we had power issues. We called the maintenance number and they had my husband go flip a breaker (almost getting struck by lightning while doing so) which did not help. We were informed that someone would be there in about a hour. This was roughly 9pm. 12:30 someone is beating on a door that has a couch blocking it waking up and scaring to death a 9 year old he couldn't work on the power as we were all asleep since we had driven all day. The next morning I called and spoke with a manager explaining to her what had happened and she was extremely rude and hung up on me. My husband went out and messed with the power some more since it was no longer storming and was able to get it back on. When I called back to let the office know once again very rude and never told the worker who was coming to fix it. We were on vacation and did not have plans on working on electricity or just sitting around waiting for someone to show up hours later to work on it. The cabin could have been a lot cleaner. The cabin was very cluttered in the main living areas. The bath tub drains could not be plugged to give children a bath and the hot tub water was dirty and smelled of alcohol. We were very disappointed with how we were treated by staff and the presentation of the cabin.

This was a beautiful area to stay in with a pretty good view. Not as great as some of the others around the same area and if it were summer there wouldnt be as good of a view. The drive up the driveway is very steep and we had to rent a vehicle capable which was an suv for the stay in order to get up and down the driveway. The car wouldnt make it up at all the. I wish i had known that steep in some of the comments included cars probably wont be appropriate. The stairs are wood and slick, 2 different people in our family fell from more than halfway down the bottom steps both at different times. There are definitely bears in the area and one had gotten in our truck the first night we were there unloading it and had to have the police come up and scare it off with fireworks because it wouldnt leave for us to finish getting our things out. You really can't leave anything open like doors of anykind open or unlocked because it can happen so quickly lol..so this was definitely an experience to remember. We will have to look for something more easily accessible the next time but everyone i spoke with were very nice. Good luck!

Perfect family cabin

Great views. Each couple had their own floor with bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of porch space. Driveway was steep, but was expected.

Loved the quiet. Clean and ready, staff helped with late check in. Cabin is great except, to crowded within the living spaces. the hot tub was not on second floor balcony as shown but first at parking level and the top is in dire need to be replaced, as well as fix lights. inside lights and fan on cat walk need fixed not working, disappointed in no view trees are blocking everything.

Birthday wish come true!

Hilltop had everything needed to host my family’s Smokey Mountain getaway, including a detailed Guestbook with nearby attractions and plenty of bears to see. Instructions for switches, wifi, cable and hot tub are clearly labeled, with Timber Tops just a call away if any questions. The cabin’s 3 stories and 3rd floor bridge to the top balcony is a delight to see and explore. During our stay my daughter wanted to ice skate for her BDay and we were worried too far away, but behold Ober Mountain Ski Resort is only 2 miles away and even has a Wildlife Preserve to see more bears. Out of her 11 birthdays she declares her Hilltop Bearadise BDay the best! We arrived from Texas with little planned but no worries, thanks to Hilltop and Timber Tops the kids stayed busy and we are planning a return.

Wonderful cabin!

Loved the cabin!! Loft with walk out was great. Kitchen and living area perfect. We loved sitting out on the porch with coffee in the mornings. The game room was nice, but we were out exploring and missed using it. Kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful cabin feel

This was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. If you like to hike, there is a path nearby that goes right into the Smoky Mountains. Ober Gatlinburg is also a close drive, and that was an awesome way to take the gondola down into Gatlinburg and avoid traffic. The house is small, but very quaint. As other reviewers said, the driveway is VERY steep and tricky to pull in/out of, but that is the nature of all the roads up this high in the mountains. The view is not a wide open one, but you still have beautiful glimpses of the mountains.

Quiet & Clean in the Mountains - Loved It!

The quiet seclusion and the cleanliness of the property were exceptional with a game room to add to it for the kids. It's up in the mountains right next to the Smoky Mountain boundary with beautiful morning sunrises! We were able to get to Gatlinburg easily, but also enjoyed being away from the crowded streets. It's definitely on a hilltop, but when we saw a full size bus go up the road we knew we could too. There were TVs in every area of the house for the downtime needed after long hikes. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor grill too. We would definitely stay here again!

Happy with our visit

The apartment was clean upon arrival and the rooms are accurately represented by the pictures online. The drive through the mountains and up the driveway was stressful, but we weren't the only cabin with such issues. Unfortunately, the foosball table only had ping pong balls for us to play with, which was disappointing because of how excited we were to play foosball. Only one TV had a signal, and we only saw one bear playing with the neighbor's trash. Other than we enjoyed the cabin very much and would come back again.

Disappointing

Overpriced for what we got. Not enough room in living room. Very dirty windows. NOT an amazing view.! Steep and awkward driveway entrance. My expectations were high for paying that much money. I don’t usually spend that much money but it was supposed to be a special treat for my family. Sorry I will not stay there again.

Poor cabin for the money

Total price of the cabin was just over $400 per day so you would expect to have a VERY nice place to stay- but that was not the case. The location was great but that was the only positive thing. We have several complaints about this cabin. -It was dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere, dead bugs everywhere, the upstairs windows were so dirty they were hard to see out of. The shower curtain in the loft bathroom had mold on it. -The blinds were almost all broken (actually broken off pieces or just didn’t work) or missing. -The closet door in the main floor was broken so we couldn’t use the closet. -The fooseball table had no ball, so our kids couldn’t even use it and the pool table didn’t have any chalk and on 1 of the pool sticks was not broken.

Cozy

Overall, this was a cozy cabin. However, the drive to get to it was very steep and winding and we did not feel safe driving it at night. The water pressure in the showers was not good. Pool cues were broken and the foosball table had a ping pong ball in it which made it unusable. The hot tub would also be so much better on the second deck! This one has potential and overall, we had a fine stay, but probably would choose somewhere else next time.

Great mountain cabin

We had a great stay at a beautiful cabin. Property was very clean and comfortable. Was lucky enough to see a few bears. Wish there would have been chalk for the pool table. The washing machine unfortunately did not work but that problem was addressed the same day we called about it. Would definitely stay at this cabin again

Beary Cute!

PROS: The house was so clean - probably one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was well furnished, and decorated very nicely. Each bedroom had a connecting bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We saw so many bears! We didn't use the hot tub, so can't comment on that. CONS: it is STEEP! Both of our vehicles bottomed out exiting the driveway. We had an after-hours maintenance issue that could have been handled better. Overall: Our family had a great time and we would stay again. A great value!
