This place was great to stay at. Hot tub, pool table and pretty views. Was close to everything in Gatlinburg. Not far if you want to venture in pigeon Forge.

The Touchdown Treetop Chalet by far exceeded our expectations. The place was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The views from the back deck were spectacular and private. All basics were met: Towels, utensils, etc. The hot tub was amazing. We loved the game room. The chalet was at the top of the hill, which did not bother me, but the roads are steep and narrow at times. In the winter, you would definitely need four wheel drive or at least all wheel drive. The host was great to workwith. He responded very quickly to all my questions and concerns. We would definitely consider staying at the chalet when in town again.

What a great place to stay the kids loved having their own suits hot tubs was great to relax at the end of the day. In home activities kept everyone entertained in our down time. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely a place we will book again!

It was more than I expected. The house was clean and truly had everything we needed for our mini (4) day vacation. The Host was awesome. He was responsive, was able to answer the many questions I had about the area, what restaurants eere ideal for a family of three, wildlife, protection, house amenities and very good communication. The hot tub was clean and came with instructions as well as "Do's and Don't". We will definitely come back.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved having a king bed and private bathroom for each of us. We all would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

House is great and was perfect for a weekend get a way! We had fun playing pool and darts and arcade games. The view from the deck was beautiful. The house had all amenities stocked for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again without question! The house layout is fabulous and works perfectly for a group of adults. We loved having the king size beds - they were super comfortable - and our own bathrooms. We made use of all the amenities offered - including the game room, the hot tub, the fitness center, the community pool - and most importantly the free bear sightings!!! As a friendly reminder, don’t forget to lock your car. Bears are smart and can open doors. The trip up the mountain takes a bit of getting used to. But after a couple of times we (when I say we, I really mean my husband - the resident driver 🤣) had it down and didn’t mind the roads. Also because more free bear sightings!!! The house is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a deeper clean. However, don’t let that deter you from staying here. It’s a fabulous place with great amenities and even better views. (Did I mention the bears??)

This location was fantastic and everything wr wanted in a vacation home! Host was very easy to get ahold of. If you want to see bears, this is the place to stay! Overall fantastic!
