This place has so much history inside. It is retro, it is fun, and it was relaxing. The host was amazing, he was easy to get in contact with and provided me with so much information about the place and the local area. Do not pass up staying here you will not regret it!

Quirky little apartment! Nice view. Very clean and owner/operator is on top of things. Pros:- clean and well supplied- great bathrooms- nice view; eclectic decorCons:- near a major highway which adds car noise outside- master bed not very comfortable; skylight right above

"By the Stream"

Perfect location for all of our activities. Close to a family wedding venue in Wrightsville, Central Farmers market, a car and truck auto show in Lancaster, a brewery and finally Turkey Hill Experience ! Had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay : )

Fun & interesting

A lovely stream running under the apartment. On a main road. Host was easy to talk to and we had the chance to meet him. He had a lot of extra spices etc for us to use plus some snacks. Comfortable beds.

Totally unique

The property was super clean and unique. Reading about the history as a mill in the early 1800's as to how it is supporting conservation in a modern way in amazing. I hope to be back again next year.

Mid-Century Escape

The apartment was very clean and stocked with essentials plus niceties. The Property Manager was there to greet us and ensure we entered with ease. Wi-Fi and television kept us plugged in after a day of travel and Antiquing.

Loved it!

My sister and our spouses were looking to meet for a weekend in the Lancaster area with the goal of leaf peeping, poking around town with some fun shopping, seeing a great concert and otherwise having much yakking over a few glasses of wine as we hadn't spent that time in the last couple years. I was sorry to find that the hotels were all full (too many leaf peepers apparently) and shocked to see that they were charging outrageous prices even if they weren't full, when I turned to VRBO and found Flory Mills. In short, it was perfect: Big deck, full kitchen, great bedrooms & bathrooms and our goal of much yakking and laughing was achieved! Could not have asked for a better place, and as a bonus, if you like great art and appreciate mid-century modern furniture, you'll feel right at home. We plan to go back!

Spacious, centrally located rental

We had a wonderful stay in Lancaster at Flory Mill. We explored the area for 2 days from Columbus to Ephrata. Close to the interstate. Only problem we had was finding our rental at night. Flowing creek was relaxing. Rental is stocked with all we needed. Host very responsive.

Beautifully appointed

Lovely place , very comfortable for three adults staying for three days. Communication property owner on site was great. Evolve, the managing company takes a bit longer to respond. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Unique art and decor, beds were very comfortable, den couches and chair NOT comfortable, needs chair in each bedroom. I would rent this apartment again.

Wonderful stay with a welcoming and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is pristinely clean and incredibly well-equipped. It is spacious and the amenities are very nice. Greg is an amazing host. He welcomed us with local cheese and snacked and checked in by text to make sure that we were comfortable. If we go back to the Lancaster area, we will definitely stay here. You won't regret staying at Greg's place. It's perfect!

Scenic retreat

The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The deck was very inviting and restful. Unfortunately, the living room couches and chair was very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. The beds were too soft and unstable for a good night's sleep. Loved the two baths and the kitchen.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was immaculately clean with a beautiful setting. Great for our girls weekend. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings cute. Accurate description. Quality linens/towels. Extra touches like area treats with complimentary Amish cheese, summer sausage, crackers, sparkling water, toiletries and more. Modern Barista machine and kcup coffeemaker, with coffee. The property manager was easily accessible and prompt with response. Great central location for Lancaster activities. Cannot say enough good about this rental and it’s management and cleaning staff!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Greg!
