Relaxing and convenient

An Oasis in the Neighborhood

We loved staying at the cottage. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. The backyard is gorgeous and very private. We would just sit there and listen to the birds and look at the flora/fauna. It could not have been better. Thank you Daryl!

Great Cape Coral Location and Property

This trip was a couples' 2-week winter getaway and this property and location were just perfect. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed and desired. I'm a coffee drinker and the owner even left a bag of coffee, bottled water and some snacks so we didn't have to scramble and go shopping after a long day's travel. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could desire. The washing machine and dryer was helpful so we didn't have to pack too many clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and in easy walking distance to downtown Cape Coral for carless dinner walks. We did have access to the driveway for our rental car. We would definitely consider this location again for future visits to the area.

Amazing !

My 2 teenage boys and I were visiting family over Christmas week. This property is adorable. The landscaping is pristine making the back yard its own little oasis. Inside the house- no matter where you turn your eyes, there is something interesting! After Christmas dinner, I had to take my parents, aunts and uncles to the house to share the loveliness with them. They were all so enamored with it- both inside and out! Additionally, the property manager was great, the house was incredibly clean, everything we needed was right there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! This house, if available, will now be part of our yearly tradition! Hopefully the friendly neighborhood cat, Stripe, will come visit us while where there again!

Cottage

The listing is very accurate. It’s clean and affordable and it worked out just fine because it was just me staying in town for business. Also like that, it had coffee available. Just a standard comment that I make with each day, when you’re paying a cleaning fee of almost $200 I don’t think you should have to take out the trash, but that’s just my opinion.

Cottage Getaway

This was our second year at the cottage and it was just as lovely as the first year. Sitting in the yard is so relaxing with the palm trees, banana trees and beautiful flowers. We enjoyed wandering around the yard looking at the artwork that decorates both the inside and outside of the cottage. The proximity to the downtown area is the best. The owners are very attentive to any issues that might arise. We can't wait to come back next year!

Excellent little house in a great location

The house is very clean with plenty of space for our family of four. Lots of towels and washcloths were provided, and having on-site laundry available was very useful to us. The landscaping is beautiful, and breakfasts on the covered patio were wonderful. Better lighting in the bathrooms would have been appreciated as well as ceiling fans with lights in both rooms (master bedroom has an excellent fan but no ceiling light; second bedroom has a ceiling light but no fan). The beds were fairly comfortable, and the sheets and covers were quite soft. We ate breakfast every day at the "Bread Pete" German bakery on 4402 S Del Prado - Definitely give them a try!

Lovely Home

The home and landscaping are just beautiful. It was so nice to sit in the screen room in the backyard to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. The home is very convenient to Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. There are plenty of things to do and good restaurants near. If you go on a weekend be sure to check out the Farmer's Market in Cape Coral. It's less than 10 minutes from the house.

Paradise!

This home was awesome! Our vacation was an absolute delight thanks to this beautiful property in Cape Coral. It was very well kept and clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a paradise with beautiful palms and flowers along with all the singing birds. This property was so close to the entertainment district that you could walk to most restaurants and bars. which were less than a mile away. The owner was always available if we needed anything. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

We are repairing our condo in Fort Myers so the cottage was a good reprieve from our work in a quiet, clean neighborhood. We will consider the cottage for a get a away location in the future. Porch and back yard are a tropical paradise. One minor compliant is the foam top mattress in the main bedroom. Not enough support for those of us with back issues.

I picked this place because of the yard. I love plants. The home is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfy bed. Decent selection of pillows! The kitchen was equipped for my needs. I appreciated the waters and snacks provided by the host because I was outside working in the heat all day!

Beautiful Cottage Close to the Downtown Area

This home made for a perfect vacation. Beautiful cottage which was very roomy and well kept and very clean. The backyard was awesome. Beautiful palms and flowering plants made for a perfect backdrop for the singing birds. This home was so close to the downtown area you could walk to many restaurants. The home had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and available if we ever needed anything. We will definitely be back.
