A value, roomy, self-contained studio (partitioned bedroom) apartment with Smart TV, r/c air-con, Wi-fi, kitchen (no oven or dish washer), laundry, bathroom and private courtyard in a relaxing, clean, two-story 90’s-built resort with tropical gardens, pool and spa. It is conveniently situated on Noosa Parade between Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Surrounded by the beautiful Noosa River, you can walk, bus or drive to Noosa's Main Beach and Hastings Street in one direction or Noosaville in the other direction. Restaurants abound with the new Sum Yung Guys location close by in one direction and Ricky’s on the River and other famous Noosa restaurants in the other.

It was perfect for our needs.. we enjoy walking so we walked into Noosa 25 mins. Could walk to shops, beach and waterways. The pool area was peaceful. Our car was parked at the back near the door to our unit. Having a washing machine was a plus.

Great for a short stay

Lovely little studio

Absolutely loved my stay at Pepita’s - the studio had all that I needed, with the added bonus of a pool and spa area. Parking easy and it’s a short walk or drive into Noosa Heads, the river, Sum Yung Guys etc. close to the road but quiet at night for the most part. Highly recommended!

Good position BUT…

Good position. Lovely pool and spa. Generally acceptable but could only access Wi Fi by standing outside reception. Hot plate often did not work at all. Bathroom badly in need of update (mould around shower door and screen door knobs kept falling off). Would not stay there again.

Schönes großes Appartement, Hastings Street (Zentrum) sehr nah, jedoch nicht fussläufig, Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gut und man hatte alles da was man brauchte. Inklusive dem Insektenspray was man (leider) auch brauchte, denn wir hatten 3 Käfer im Bett und kleine Ameisen? auf dem Küchentresen. Waschmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden - echt super! Der kleine Garten vor dem Appartement war liebevoll gepflegt. Lautstärke von außen war etwas zu hoch.

Perfect stay for a few nights away!

Excellent studio room, with outdoor entertaining area and pool right next door. Kitchen facilities were good and main bed and fold out couch were comfortable and together in the same space. Great for sharing with friends and family.

Noosa Sound Stayz

Great ground floor studio appartment a few kilometres from Hasting St. Lovely court yard with garden views to sit and have a coffee or read a book. Also has partial pool views too. Comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything u need. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Handy car park right near your front door.

We took years to secure this studio apartment for our Airbnb folio. When I looked at it recently, I was so impressed with the updated boutique look of the pool and BBQ area and I found that our unit is the closest to both but not too close to be noisy. The resort is a gem because it is only a 150m walk to our favourite little swimming beaches at Munna Point and on the Noosa Sound. It's not the newest and most modern resort in Noosa but the management have created a beautiful peaceful and fun atmosphere for guests with an immaculate BBQ entertaining area next to the pool that has brightly pillowed lounge chairs.
Inside the well appointed air-conditioned room there is a sizable bathroom, an ample kitchen fitted with all you'll need for short or long stay, a queen sized bed, a double sofa bed, TV and more. Just like our popular Noosa Blue Airbnb studio, this one also has its own courtyard because outdoor living is essential in our Noosa Climate.
