WELCOME TO DIAMOND BEACH HOUSE
This newly remodeled 4-bedroom home in vibrant Pacific Beach blends modern beach cottage charm with comfort. Enjoy a fully fenced yard, a cozy fire pit, and A/C for a perfect getaway.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME
• Only two blocks to the main beach access at the foot of Diamond Street
• Three tandem parking spaces

• Fenced backyard offering shade with gas bbq and fire pit.

There is one shared bath on each floor.

LOCATION & SURROUNDING
Located in family-friendly Pacific Beach, this home is just two blocks from Diamond Street's main beach access, offering white sands, surfing spot and the iconic Crystal Pier. SeaWorld is a 5-minute drive away, Balboa Park's San Diego Zoo is a 15-minute drive. The San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes from your doorstep.

Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2026 & 2027 are:

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

Everything you need

The house is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood has everything ( food, drink, groceries, BEACH) within walking distance and such a pleasant area. We loved it!

Great house

We had an amazing stay, the house was recently updated, and it showed, nicely furnished and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach, which we did daily, also plenty of places within walking distance, picked up donuts the first morning, walked to restaurants, even walked down to get a pedicure one day. The patio is wonderful to sit and sip coffee in the am and around the gas fire pit later in the day with a cold beverage. Beds were comfortable. This was our first annual family get together with adult kids and I'm fairly certain I'll be back to escape the AZ summer heat. We had a minor issue, and the team was super responsive and handled it quickly. The location was great to local attractions which we visited a few during our stay. I highly recommend this home for your stay.

Nice place

Air conditioner was a little bit loud, Grill had some tiny metallic fragments from the brush, But other than that, the property was nice and close to the beach and shops. Photos made the property look a little bigger than it actually was, but it was still a nice space and we had a good time. Would book again.

Great stay at Diamond Beach House

We had four couples, all family, staying at the Diamond Beach house for five days in late May. We found the home to be clean, spacious, and well furnished. There was plenty of room to socialize in the dining area and family room. The furniture was in good shape and comfortable. There was a lot of light coming in through the many windows. We did not use the outside area too much, but it was spacious as well. We used all four bedrooms, which had comfortable beds and sufficient closet space. The two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, were of good size and had modern showers. The house is on a quiet residential street. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house, and is lovely.

Thoughtfully designed for comfort!

Our girls group loved our stay! Everything was clean, cute, and cozy! Unlike some rentals, there was adequate room for not only sleeping, but also in the shared and outdoor spaces so everyone was comfortable the entire trip. A lot of thought went into the accommodations for a perfect beach trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The most perfect stay for a girls trip

This was the perfect place for our group of 9. The location, style, and cleanliness of the space were the biggest factors. The incredibly accommodating and professional rental management was just another added bonus. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough.

Family vacation

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 10. It was beautiful and clean inside, has an enclosed yard, perfect for our toddlers, and was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. We all had a great time at the San Diego zoo, Seaworld,, Lego Land and the Birch aquarium all a short distance from the house. The manager of the house was very helpful and always available when we had questions. Everyone one in our group said they would love to stay here again.

Our Enjoyable Stay in Pacific Beach, San Diego

We rented the vacation house on Diamond street from Saturday to Saturday, straddling the July 4 festivities. It was a short walk (about 2 blocks) to the delightful beach, and we could easily bring the beach items (chairs, towels, etc.) in an available cart. There was also outside sitting space for breakfast, lunch and dinners. We were a total of nine big (6) and small people, and with three bedrooms with large beds, it was a pleasure to stay there. The three bathrooms with showers made it convenient to live there. The kitchen had all types of items for easy living, which we took advantage of during our stay. It was truly a pleasure to stay there. We had a delightful vacation in a well-stocked house. The property manager was very helpful and accomodating to our wishes. We all enjoyed it immensely.
