WELCOME TO DIAMOND BEACH HOUSE
This newly remodeled 4-bedroom home in vibrant Pacific Beach blends modern beach cottage charm with comfort. Enjoy a fully fenced yard, a cozy fire pit, and A/C for a perfect getaway.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME
• Only two blocks to the main beach access at the foot of Diamond Street
• Three tandem parking spaces
• Home fully renovated with new furnishings
• Fenced backyard offering shade with gas bbq and fire pit.
• Open floor plan great for families
• Washer and dryer in home for longer stay

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 10)
There is one shared bath on each floor.
Master suite: (downstairs) King bed
Bedroom 2: (downstairs) Queen bed
Bedroom 3: (upstairs) Queen bed + Pull out couch available for 2 extra sleeping spaces (full size)

LOCATION & SURROUNDING
Located in family-friendly Pacific Beach, this home is just two blocks from Diamond Street's main beach access, offering white sands, surfing spot and the iconic Crystal Pier. SeaWorld is a 5-minute drive away, Balboa Park's San Diego Zoo is a 15-minute drive. The San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes from your doorstep.

Shops, restaurants and entertainment of Mission Blvd and Garnet Ave are within walking distance.
Ride a bike to Belmont Park's Big Dipper roller coaster and amusement park.

HOLIDAYS

Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2026 & 2027 are:

• Thanksgiving (November 23 - November 30, 2026/2027)
• Easter Week 2026 (March 29 - April 5, 2026)
• Easter Week 2027 (March 21 - March, 2027)

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS
For any reservations arriving between December 19th 2026 to January 3rd 2027, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.

MUSIC FESTIVALS
Please contact us before making an online booking during music festivals dates. Restrictions may apply.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

Place was great! Location was awesome. Had everything we needed. Only thing is stairs are slippery. Don’t wear socks. Other than perfect spot for 9 of us.

Loved this house! Perfect location to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Loved the patio to hang out on at night! So many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Beach was a 5 minute walk. Absolutely will be staying here again! The patio lights were out and the house manager, Marisa got them fixed the next day for us so we could enjoy the rest of our trip! Amazing. The only little thing I noticed that was bleh was there were spider webs all outside on the top of the roof and patio and all over the inside of the sky lights in the house. Saw a few major spiders in the house. I’m sure it’s a CA thing but I was not a fan LOL.

Wonderful beach vacation

We had our multi-generation family getaway at the Beach House & it was perfect! Great house, outdoor space, and location! We highly recommend staying here, the house is fully stocked with everything you need and was so comfortable!

Nice vacation spot

This house was great for our family vacation. It was well kept and fully stocked with everything you possibly could need. Definitely one of the better VRBOs we have stayed at.The little backyard was perfect for hanging out and it was a short walk to the beach.

Perfect girls getaway house

Loved this place. Bedrooms all very comfortable. Clean, well stocked and a very short walk to the beach and many options for eating all around us. Enjoyed the outside patio area also. Very helpful manger. thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Brought the whole fam (7 of us) and had an amazing time. Updated everything, clean, comfortable and 5 min walk from beach. Absolutely loved it - would recommend
