Beach house rental

I would like to start with the house is really nice and very homey it had all the essentials you would need. Felt nice showing up at first. A few downfalls about the house that I made aware to the host and unfortunately never got a reply, even after the checkout was; we could not connect to the WiFi to help with devices and kids Electronics. We wanted to watch some tv and there was no cable remote to be found anywhere. In the game room separated from the house itself, didn’t have any source of power so we could not hang out there too long since it got dark early. The house is great for a quick getaway however it seems like it doesn’t get looked over very often since a lot of the small and important things would not work properly. I would recommend if traveling with small children pack them their own toys and games to keep them entertained.

Fun Beach House

Fun house, great location to beach and park. Great space to have with kids or multi family. Hot tub is new and great condition. Just be mindful the gas fire place is only source of heat for downstairs but does a great job of maintaining heat. Would stay again.

Great beach house for family stay

We had a wonderful time at the beach house with our family and pup. It is equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. Only thing missing was a pack n play. Location is great with the park just out the front door. Park has playground, fire pit, volleyball court and big grassy area. Stairs to beach is a short walk and if you aren’t able to do the 5 levels of stairs down and back up, there is access just a mile north where you can park right at beach level. Hot tub worked great, easy to get in/out and cover was easy to put on/off. All towels were provided and lots of hooks for drying. Beds were so comfy my MIL plans to purchase the same mattress. The front entrance has some stairs that do not include a railing that we’re a little tricky for my in laws to navigate. Instead they would take the longer set of stairs with railing from the parking spots down to the house. Game room a big plus! Location is a quick drive to anywhere you’d like to be in Lincoln city.

Perfect! We loved it!

We go to the coast every year, trying a new city and place each year. Our entire family lived everything about this house and location. The neighborhood is great, right across the park which was great if you have a dog. Well kept community, grounds, pool, we enjoyed it all. House was very cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Only a quick walk up some stairs to the beach access. There are a lot of stairs going to beach but didn’t bother any of us. Fun tide pools on the beach to the right of stairs by the rocks, we went on a sunset walk almost every night too. Loved our stay and will most likely come back to this same house again.

Great place!

We spent our annual family beach trip at this house and it was great! My wife and I, her parents, our two adult children and my two grandchildren 4 and 7 years old. Everything was perfect. It is directly across the street from the park which was great for the kids. The hot tub gets really warm which was especially nice.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay and enjoyed the location of this home so much. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The home is tastefully decorated and very well kept. Check in/out instructions were clear and simple to follow. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Olivia Beach area is lovely. The house was in great condition with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely hot tube. Outdoor shower was very helpful. Overall great property and stay.

Beautiful and cozy.

Great location, clean and well maintained. Property management was responsive. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs - to the bedrooms, to the parking spot, up to the detached loft and down to the beach.

This place was perfect for us with kids!

We had a great time here. Enough space for all of us. Games, toys, and movies for the kids to enjoy! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed. I loved that there were step stools for the bathroom sinks for my youngest. It’s a cute quiet neighborhood. Except the last night neighbors were up partying and talking really loud past 12. The only down sides we had was two of the three toilets we had to reattach the chain to them the first day and the third toilet had an issue as well on the last day. Otherwise a great place and I’d totally stay there again!

Great long weekend at Olivia Beach

We had a fantastic time at this property, the whole stay was easy from check-in to checkout with Meredith Lodging. The neighborhood is quaint with a small park, fire pit and sand volleyball court. The beach is nearby though it does includes a good set of staircases so you’ll get your exercise in but it won’t deter you away from visiting multiple times during your stay.
