This was a great VRBO for our family reunion. The house is decorated nicely. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We loved the trees off of the back deck and side of the house!

So great!

Would stay here again! We had 9 total and it was perfect. Beds are so comfy (except for top bunk…) and the house had everything we needed in the kitchen! They have a wagon to take to the beach with toys as well. 10/10.

We absolutely loved this property! It was so clean and maintained. It was very close to the beach and you could hear the ocean when you had the windows open. The microwave wasn’t working while there, but we made due with the stove instead. We would love to stay here again!

Decently clean over all but found garbage from previous guests under couches. overall good house for two families. Hot tub had lots of sand in it so didn't use it. Good location to beaches and town. Nice neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Beautiful, clean home. They had lots of toys for the kids and fun beach toys. It is a long walk to the beach though.

Perfect home for our coast stay

This was a girls trip with all my mom friends. We loved the property! It was so cute and charming and had everything we needed. You can see the ocean peaking through the trees from a distance. We loved how the home was well put together and had a few places to gather and chat including the hot tub which was warm and ready! Would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

My family and our close friends all stayed, we had all ages and loved how quiet it was. Able to see the beach from the room as well as the beautiful trees behind the home. Definitely would stay again. It was stormy prior to our arrival so the hot tub had some debris in it from that.

Cozy beach getaway

My group started in this house for a girls weekend getaway. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The fireplace in the front room was delightful, and it was so calming to look at the crashing waves from the upstairs rooms. We were fortunate enough to visit during a king tide, so the ocean was even more spectacular than usual. We would definitely stay here again.

Forest and Ocean

A very nice home. Well equipped except for a BBQ. (It had a smoker) you can’t hear the ocean but can see a bit of it. The privacy and woods was very nice.

Pleasant stay

The house was very clean and had lots to do! The bed were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable under the trees. One unfortunate thing was that the dishwasher was broken while we were there. The property management did send someone to look at it but he was unable to fix it. Otherwise the location of this home isn’t that far from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Not great, just okay.

We had to call the rental agency for two plumbing related issues the first 24 hours of check in. The smoker did not work, the rug downstairs smelled like animal pee, the outside furniture had black mold all over them and were unable to be used. There was wall damage all over within the house that have not been repaired. There is also a decent list of unnamed items that could be tended to that could easily bump this to a 5 star rating but there’s just too much that needs some TLC.
Corners were almost all like this.
Cleaning needed throughout.
Smoker was broken

Lovely beach house, with a few issues

The location and layout of the home were perfect. Really cute beachy vibe. Unfortunately there were a couple misses, maintenance and cleanliness issues, and management isn't the most detailed or the friendliest (entry code could be for any of three lockboxes, no mention of the lock on the hot tub or which key opens it, etc). Also seems a little unreasonable to pay a hefty cleaning fee and then be responsible to do all the routine cleaning prior to 10am in a house that sleeps 8 people.

Team Retreat

Great location. Further from the beach than I would have preferred. Nice set up for 3 couples. Not for our group. Well appointed. Home presented well. Entry instructions were not clear. Deck and outdoor furniture in the back were not cleaned and well maintained. Limited parking was not convenient.

Girls Weekend

Easy directions. Arrival was easy. Parking was limited. Would suggest options on where to park extra vehicles, even for day visits. Upon entering the house, a very strong odor of gas was present. We found one of the stove nobs on. I notified the property management and an apology was provided via text. It took over an hour to clear the house of the noxious odors. Once in the kitchen, the three lights over the counter had shorted & would not turn on. With the gas situation just an hour before, we just left them off. Kitchen well stocked with nice sharp knives. Beds are VERY comfortable. Thank you for providing hot tubs towels! Our first night there we were shocked to see the level of the hot tub was missing about 24 inches of water. Not sure if the owners are aware but, there is a significant leak under the hot tub and deck. Thankfully there is a hot water outlet outside near by with a tankless heater. We just filled the hot tub prior to use with the hot water. Other than the hot tub and gas issue, it was a fantastic stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

We booked this property because 1.) the three bedroom/bathroom layout. 2.) Layout with entertaining area upstairs. 3.) Hot tub. There were two couple and our young adult sons. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. It was also nice to have an area upstairs for the younger people to hang out in after we went to bed in the suite downstairs. We could hear the foosball upstairs but couldn't hear the TV when they started watching a movie. We all enjoyed the hot tub and it was very nice that it was so private. We ended all three nights of our stay in the hot tub and while we were quiet, we didn't have to worry about waking the neighbors. Some properties we look at had hot tubs that were situated very close to the neighbors. The property was very clean, tastefully decorated and had all the dishes and kitchenwares we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The garage was an added bonus and made packing and unpacking easy because we could park in the garage, bring stuff right in, and avoid tracking the outdoors in with us. Be careful not to pull too far in! A previous renter took out the former washer and dryer and did some drywall damage by doing this. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if the opportunity arises!!

Did not meet the host. A few things needed attention by maintenance who showed up promptly the next morning and took care of things. Never had enough hand towels or kitchen towels.

Luxury ?

Luxury (noun): The state of great comfort and extravagant living. My family was so excited to spend a few days at the beach - after 2 years of being distant. The company states you can check in at 5pm, however this was not the case. I was informed hours earlier that the check in would need to be delayed until 6pm, due to the disarray created by the previous occupants. After speaking with management they credited me $50 for the inconvenience. Upon arrival, at 6:15pm, the unmasked, ungloved cleaning crew was still in the home! Even though Meredith states the house sits unoccupied - after it passes inspection- clearly overflowing garbage cans, lack of hand soap, filthy dishes, full dishwasher, unfinished laundry and a garage that stinks like cigarettes- made me question the cleaning policy that “exceed the CDC standards and recommendations” as stated on their website. Additionally, the “thoroughly cleaned and disinfected hot tub” features a rotted cover that the maintenance man that Meredith sent over to address our concerns described as “garbage”. While the location can’t be beat, pictures and descriptions can be deceiving. Clearly, Meredith and I have very different ideas of what luxury means.
