Entire 3 bedroom home located in a peaceful cul-de-sac street in the heart of Wagga, a leisurely 3 minute walk amongst grand leafy streets to the main street, pubs, cafes, shopping and hospital.

The property recently renovated & stylishly furnished and has all its heritage listed charm.

We provide luxurious bedding, coffee machine, 5G wifi, firestick tv with your streaming apps, ample street & on site car parking, washing machine & dryer.

Outdoor lawn space & patio.

Located in a wide peaceful leafy cul-de-sac street. Plenty of street parking with another car space available through rear lane access to the property.

2 minute walk to McDonalds & Service Stations.
3 minute walk to Coffee shops/cafes located on Thorne Street & Best St.
5 minute walk to the main street shopping, pubs, restaurants.
7 minute walk to local Hospital.
13 minute drive to airport.

Train Station 10 minute Walk.

Fireplaces are decorative Only, chimneys have been blocked and gas disconnected for your safety.

Please make use of the 3 reverse cycle air conditioners available for use and portable heating in other 2 rooms

Ceiling fans are also fitted & functional in each bedroom.

Bedroom 1 has its own free to air TV within the room.

We do aim to provide some basics for you such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, long life milk, salt and pepper to assist you with the fully Catered kitchen.

The house is infant friendly and we do have a stroller within kitchen cupboards and baby chair for feeding for your use.

Cosy home close to CBD

We had a lovely stay at Ava on Fox. Had everything we needed, clean & spacious, heaters in every bedroom & loungeroom which heated quite quickly. Communication was great. Also very close to CBD. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend in Wagga

We found Leigh’s house perfect for our stay with our 2 very small grandchildren and their parents. There was a cot which made things easier and plenty of toys for the tiny one.

Beautiful house, a real pleasure to stay there

The house is really charming, in a wide tree lined street, and clean and well appointed throughout. Having all the beds made up with fresh linen when we arrived was lovely, especially as we had tired little kids with us. The owner Leigh was super helpful and obliging with modifying our booking at the last minute. We're so grateful.

Great get together

Great property. Comfortable, private, roomy, in middle of town. Everything we could need. Wagga half way between melbourne and Penrith. Which made our catchup with inlaws easy and enjoyable. Will be back again soon.

Nice house in central location

Ava on Fox is central and an easy walk or drive to most places in Wagga. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The computer desk and monitor (with HDMI cable provided) were a pleasant surprise when I needed to work. Leigh was responsive and helpful for any queries we had.

4 night stay

Lots of cobwebs and cracks in the walls. The towels are not very thick. The shower is over the bath tub, which makes it very hard for older people. Otherwise wise its is a good duplex.

Fantastic!

My young family had a great stay at Ava on Fox. The house is very clean and spacious with comfy beds. The house is a very short stroll to central Wagga and a short drive away from local Wagga attractions like the beach and botanic gardens. Definitely recommend.
