Christmas family reunion

This house was everything described and more! It was a great location! Within a 30 minute reach to Disney. The check-in process was so convenient, the amenities of the house and the community clubhouse were endless and great for all ages. The house was baby friendly. It had high chairs, pack n plays and gates. It’s extremely spacious. Overall we had a great time and would definitely choose it again if we get the opportunity.

Good potential, poorly executed

The kitchen was terribly ill-equipped for an 8 bedroom house. Various items around the house were broken. Several lights burnt out. Trash including a condom wrapper was under the beds. Property management staff was difficult to communicate with and slow to respond. Many aspects of the house were nice. The neighborhood is excellent. It has real potential. It is not well maintained and the kitchen equipment is embarrassingly cheap and limited.
