We’d also like to kindly clarify a few points mentioned. As a vacation rental, not a hotel, we provide starter quantities of essentials such as paper goods, detergent, and toiletries to help guests get settled upon arrival. While this may not last for the entire stay, especially for larger groups, guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies as needed, which is standard practice for any vacation homes. Regarding the towels, our team carefully inspects and launders all linens before every stay. We did not find any issues during our pre-stay inspection, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we have placed a stricter quality inspection now. As for the grill, it was checked and tested by our team, even before your arrival, and confirmed to be still fully operational even after you left. The blinds and other furnishings are also inspected regularly, and while no concerns were reported during our checks, we appreciate you noting this so we can review it again. Mattress comfort can certainly be subjective, and we understand that preferences vary, we’re glad to hear that most of your group slept comfortably and enjoyed the overall space. We truly appreciate your balanced feedback and are happy to know that, overall, you had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the home’s layout, amenities, and privacy. That being said, we do apologize for these concerns you had during your stay with us. We wish we had known at the time so that we could have helped out then -- our 24/7 guest hotline is always available if anything ever comes up while staying at one of our properties. Please know that we’ve since reviewed the amenities to ensure they meet our high standards. Based on your feedback, we’ve added new pots, pans, pillows, towels, chairs on the deck, and replaced the TVs (75” in the living room, 65” in the master bedroom, and 43” in the guest bedrooms). We have also installed new blinds and touched up the paint. Thank you for bringing these important issues to light, as it’s feedback like this that really makes a difference in how we offer the best service we possibly can to our guests and keep our properties in perfect shape. We are very happy that the house was clean and spacious for you. Just so you know, the kitchen is fully stocked with baking pans, I'm sorry you couldn't find them. If you would've called us, we would have been happy to show you where they were. We are sorry to hear you were displeased with our cleaning procedures for departure, however this is the standard for most vacation rental homes.
