Highly recommend! Great location, and this villa specifically is more private and has parking right outside (no steps needed). Both restaurants onsite are great. We also walked over to Margaritaville for dinner a few times - nice to have a few options all within walking distance! We also appreciated the security when coming and going from the resort, we felt very safe the whole time.

We were welcomed by Willie, he opened the condo for us and was very knowledgeable about the resort. The condo was lovely, everything one could hope for in an equipped kitchen. The bonus was a small cooler for beach beverages and a beach chair, plenty of ice. We would definitely rent this condo again

Incredible repeat stay!

Loved it so much when we were here for our honeymoon that we came back! It was amazing again- such a comfortable unit and great location! We will definitely come back again.

The resort is in a nice location and short cab ride to Red Hook. The onsight staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The property is very hilly and would be difficult to walk for some, but the resort has convenient shuttle service. The condo is well done with nice updates and great views!!. My only comment would be the listing says size is roughly 1,050 sf. That is only possible if including the patio. Not that a 750 SF studio was two small, it was just two of us. But it’s not 1,050 sf inside. All in all I would stay at this unit and resort again.

Outstanding Balcany Views

This place was great for a couples vacation. Appeared to be recently updated. The views from the wrap around balcany were spectacular! Located in a resort property so check-in was at the resort office and they were available during the stay if needed. The Sun & Sea Bar and Grill located on the property had good food. We would stay there again,

C7 Point Pleasant

Point Pleasant C7 was everything we anticipated and more. The views are amazing, the unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The wrap around porch makes the unit even more spacious. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay in C7 Point Pleasant in the future .

Beautiful Condo

The view was stunning from the wrap around balcony and the condo was completely updated. They left us a bottle of champagne and card for our 30th wedding anniversary. We will definitely return.

Wonderful birthday!

We visited St Thomas to celebrate our 70th and 60th birthdays. Point Pleasant resort exceeded our expectations. Unit C7 was perfect for a couple and located in a quiet corner of the resort. The views were incredible and the staff in the resort were very friendly. Two great restaurants onsite and Red Hook restaurants and Moe’s Fresh grocery store nearby. We rented a car at the airport but found cabs/taxis to be overall less expensive than driving ourselves. We are already planning our next trip.

A memorable stay

The condo was more than "just as advertised..." it was like a dream come true. The unit was immaculate. When you walk in, the view of Coki Point will bring a smile to your face, guaranteed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the linens fresh and clean. The Point Pleasant Resort staff was very nice and helpful, and we loved grabbing a bite at the "Sun & Sea Bar & Grill" and watching the tarpon swim around in the water below. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great value. Thank you!

Honeymoon in Paradise

Stayed in Unit C7. Could not recommend this place more highly! Pictures online don’t do the view justice. We woke up every morning with beautiful ocean views/views of neighboring islands. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and amazing size for a couple! Private entrance onto balcon, so completely secluded and felt very safe for us. Kitchen well equipped with basic needs. Two restaurants on site (one fine dining, one cash-only). Five min walk to Margaritaville. Highly recommend car rental for being here in general, though easy to get taxi from property to wherever. Seven min drive to red hook with restaurants and shop and car ferry to St. John.

Fantastic home away from home!

This unit was spectacular! The views from the two-sided balcony are breathtaking and provided a wonderful backdrop for our breakfast and evening happy hours. The unit had everything One could need for a week away. There was so much attention to detail. Cards, games, even jigsaw puzzles! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. Having a parking spot on the same level as the unit provided easy in and easy out on a daily basis. The location of the property was great as well. A quick, 10 minute drive to Red Hook, and a quick 15 minute drive to Meagan‘s Beach. Once you learn to navigate the roads, and trust yourself to driving on the left side of the road, traveling to, and from this property was very easy. Walking on the property, provided a great gluteal workout! There are many steps to the water providing additional adventure! Just be careful on the steps. We had a wonderful week here and highly recommend this property! We did purchase 2 nice lightweight folding lounge chairs we took to the beach daily! Just kept them packed in the trunk. We left them in the unit for the next guests! Enjoy!

Wonderful!

We loved our time here! It was a perfect place to stay in St Thomas! It was well appointed with all that we needed. The bed and linens were nice and comfortable, it was super clean and overall everything was better than described. The view was breathtaking and you could not only experience it from the balcony, but also from the couch, kitchen and even the bed. The property was older but beautiful and well taken care of. There was a laid back vibe that we loved. The staff in the office was friendly and helpful and the owner was also responsive when I reached out one time with a check in question. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the pool (one of 3) as well as Sun and Sea, the casual restaurant at the resort. The food there was good (we had nachos and tacos) and the drinks were amazing. The staff was once again very friendly and there was a nice island vibe. The view from the pool and restaurant was gorgeous! I recommend renting a car if you have a driver who will drive on the left side of the road and manage sometimes steep and narrow roadways. We had a Jeep and it helped maximize our time on the island. Parking was no issue just outside our condo or any place we went. We also took the car ferry to St John one day. It was so easy and a great experience to be able to visit the gorgeous beaches at our own pace. Highly recommend. Overall this was a perfect place to be. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Everything was beautiful! The view was amazing. Property management was welcoming and helpful. Only complaint was that the water to shower was not hot.
