Salt Life à Sapphire Beach, à St Thomas est un magnifique condo de studio dans le village fermé de Sapphire, assis au deuxième étage du bâtiment et donnant sur les eaux turquoises de Sapphire Marina et Sapphire Beach. Les vues sur la mer des Caraïbes pendant que vous savourez votre café du matin ou vos boissons en soirée sont spectaculaires. Nous aimons regarder les voiliers décoller pour leurs croisières en soirée. Salt Life est située à l'extrémité est de St. Thomas, où toute l'action est! Lorsque vous arrivez pour la première fois dans l'allée de la station au sommet de la colline, votre respiration sera emportée par la vue sur les eaux turquoises et les îles au loin. La vie nocturne de Red Hook (1 $ 00 Safari Safari en voiture), ou la marina de Sapphire Beach et toutes ses visites de l'île et ses sports nautiques, sont à quelques pas. Il y a deux piscines sur la propriété pour se rafraîchir, dont l'une a Slice, VI restaurant et bar situé à proximité. Si vous voulez vivre une expérience gastronomique raffinée, ou écouter un orchestre du soir, passez à Red Hook, à 1 minute de route. Salt Life est parfaitement adapté pour un couple ou un voyageur seul. Nous l'avons mis en place avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour votre séjour. Our host, John, had exceptional communication throughout the booking and stay. He provided great overviews of Red Hook and suggestions for the best cab service and restaurants. He anticipated everything we would need to know. This small but cute property had a balcony overlooking the Marina. It made it easy to book the Breakaway sunset and St. John snorkel tours, saving time and cab fares. There are two relatively small pools on the property, the larger one by Sudi's beach bar and restaurant. Keep in mind you are staying at the condos, not the resort.

Perfect location!

Location was amazing and convenient to Red Hook. Loved being able to walk down to the beach area where there we multiple food/drink options. Beautiful view of marina from balcony! Wonderful responsive host! Would stay again!

The property was just as described. A little further from the beach than we thought, but we had a rental and there are so many great beaches to visit in STT. John was very helpful & informative. Laundry was close by & resturant on site was good. The beach chairs & coolers were so handy! We had a great time.

Relaxing getaway and convenient location

Very nice clean condo. Well equipped for relaxing and enjoying beautiful Sapphire Beach. Taxis were always nearby for excursions. The weather is always perfect. Fantastic setup for 2 people.

Awesome stay

The place is amazing. Its even better in real than in pictures. Decor has a great touch of salt water / beach style. There are about 3-4 stunning beaches 5 mins away. John was a master communicator. Took great care of our needs and super prompt in responding. 5+

Pros and Cons…Pros: Our condo was awesome, the owner was responsive and great to deal with, plus we were 4 minutes from Red Hook, 8 minutes from Secret Harbor. There ARE decent to upscale restaurants and coffee shops on property, but at some point you WILL want to leave for variety and other shopping, without driving the rollercoaster roads all the way back to Charlotte Amalie. Cons: The only “con” we had was one occasion that we wanted to do some laundry, which had little to do the VRBO. In fact it wasn’t pressing and we blew it off because On property laundry is a joke. Does not take money or a card, only tokens, which are only available through the main office during normal office hours. No detergents for sale either, have to travel to get those. Gain laundry detergent was 19 for a mini jug about 1/3 the size back in the states. Pool was…ok.

This condo is adorable!

The condo was adorable! The condo owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. The condo's beach chairs came in handy at all of the beaches we traveled to. Our one and only issue was the items stored right outside the condo balcony. This was in no way the owner's fault, but the property manager's fault. The broken down construction equipment shouldn't be stored where tenants have to view it. Otherwise, the view of the marina was delightful and we enjoyed watching the fishing boats setting out in the mornings and returning in the evenings. The property had a tent set up in the back where the items could have been stored out of sight, but the tent was mostly empty. We'll definitely be back, though, and hopefully those items will be gone.

Location Location Location! Steps from pool and restaurant/bar. Excellent TV size, new A/C. Recently remodeled, very nice. Minutes from Red Hook. Trust me on this one, you won’t go wrong.

This property is in a great location - close to the Red Hook with restaurants on property. The beach is beautiful and the room was very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. The owner is quick to respond! I highly recommend!

This property is amazing! There are so many options for excursions right out the front door...literally, the marina is just a 2 minute walk for snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises. All of the tenants and visitors are very welcoming! The size of the condo was just perfect for my husband and I and the view is spectacular!!! Awesome communication! Will be back for sure!!

Great location in a beautiful area!

My husband and I had a great time exploring beaches in this area. The condo was great! Very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and beach towels. Our only suggestion would be, unless you like a very soft mattress, please replace the mattress.

Great vacation!

Everything was just as pictured on the website; Sapphire Beach is a 5 minute walk from the unit. My husband even said "great job in picking this out" Décor just as pictured; loved it! Lovely neighbors that greeted us. A lot of people have moved from the States and have lived in this location for a long time which says a lot. We enjoyed sitting on the "deck" watching the boats come in and out. Total relaxation; beautiful beaches! The only thing and not about the unit but you have to take a cab or drive to everywhere. You cannot walk on the roads; too dangerous. Took the ferry to St John's and went to Trunk Bay for the day. Everything you needed was there; snorkeling equipment, food, drinks, chair rentals. Perfect. Enjoyed the vacation and would come back again! Thank you John for letting us rent your unit! Dawn and Steve Tarzia

We have been travelling to most of the Caribbean islands for the past 19 years of our marriage. We found the island of St Thomas to be the most centrally located to take boat tours to many of the other British Virgin Islands and enjoy the day. Plus you don't need a US Passport! We also feel St Thomas has the best beaches in the Caribbean. Both Lindquist and Magens Bay are two of the most spectacular white sand beaches we have ever found. A day trip to St. Johns will get you to Trunk Bay, and THE best beach you will ever see. We finally decided to buy a piece of this paradise for our family to enjoy, and we hope others will as well.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We found the East End of the island, and specifically the Sapphire Beach area to be the best location on the island. It is only a 10-20 minute drive to Lindquist and Magens Bay. About a 5 minute drive to Coral World on the north side. Red Hook is only 5 minutes away, has many shops and restaurants, and the ferry to St Johns in there also. . Location, location, location!
