Very clean nicely equipped. It is a renovated motel or apartment building which we knew and were fine with. The pool is nice. The location is phenomenal! Walk to 3rd street shops and restaurants and one block to the beach. Perfect.

The location was perfect. Very short walk to thr public beach and Naples Pier. Short walk to restaurants and shopping in the downtown Naples area. The condo also had a pool and laundry. The property didn't have an oven and we had to use a toaster oven instead. Condo was a little dated and small, but was the perfect location.

Just Perfect

We loved the location. Everything was walkable...beach 1 block west, shopping and restaurants 2 blocks east. Unit was updated, quiet, and had a lovely heated pool.

Location is perfect

The only thing I can criticize is just that the lights and fans are wired very confusing and we were constantly turning off lights in other rooms accidentally. But I would definitely stay here again!

Naples Visit

Great location and we loved the pool! Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, beautiful area. Master bedroom bed and bedding wasn't the most comfortable, didn't sleep well, but loved the condo and area!

Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants

This was our first time staying in Naples. We had visited the beach at the pier last year when staying about 15 miles inland so we knew we liked the beach. We stayed for just 4 nights and only ate out once since we had food with us, but we loved being so close to the beach, and to 3rd St South. We ate at Ridgway one night - excellent! and we enjoyed the shopping, all the fancy cars, etc.

Our place was perfect. Beds were comfortable and slept great which is usually uncommon for rentals. Owner was excellent in communicating with any questions/needs we had. One block to ocean and one block to shops and restaurants was so convenient. Very quiet neighborhood.

Pasamos unos dias muy agradables , nos gusto mucho la propiedad y su cercania a la playa, tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de la celebración en la playa del 4 de Julio, un espectaculo fantastico de fuegos artificiales.En el apartamento encontramos todo lo que necesitamos tal como aparece en el listado de la propiedad, la recomiendo y regresaría nuevamente

Nice Condo in the heart of Old Naples!

Shannon and her husband have a lovely condo in between the 3rd St. restaurants, shops and the beach. Just step out the door and it’s a three minute walk either way. Farmer’s market was just a stone’s throw away. Great beds, furnishings and all round decor. Everything we needed including beach equipment and plenty of towels. Good sized pool too. Very responsive host and they answered all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again for a week or more. Thank you both for a wonderful listing and stay!

The location is excellent because the property is in a great neighbourhood, within walking distance of the ocean and main streets. Unfortunately, the owner of this property was not forthcoming and did not advise us that there would be loud construction (tractors, chainsaws, etc.) on the condo property right outside the door of the unit, scheduled during our entire 4 night stay. Construction, starting at 8:30 am, affected our enjoyment of the unit and the safety around the pool area. The owner went MIA and did not respond when these issues were raised, in writing, during our stay. We were told, by other owners, that the HOA advised all owners of the construction many weeks ahead of our stay. We would have sought other accommodations had we been told in advance. FYI furnishings in this unit are basic eg. no hanging space for renters to hang dresses/suits/long garments, only open shelves in bedrooms no dressers, no full length mirror, minimal decor; no in-unit washer/dryer and no patio or outdoor area or clothes hanger to dry wet towels or bathing suits; mattress in secondary bedroom is just OK; very little sound proofing between units or outdoors. We would recommend NOT renting this unit (even after the construction is complete) or any unit rented by these specific owners. There are many other great units available for rent in the complex and in the neighbourhood.

Exact Location & Everything You Need

This condo was perfect for our small family. It provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can not ask for a better location, situated right by the beach and shops. Everything has been nicely updated and the place was very clean when we arrived.

Location above all

Mariner condominium is 1 block away from the beach and shops (cafe!). It’s also ground level, which is convenient with strollers. I spent 7 amazing days with my three kids and husband there. The best is location and condominium facilities (laundry, pool, parking, easiness for delivery). Areas of opportunity that are no show stoppers (as I would return there-no questions asked!) are a bigger kitchen and renovating bathrooms. Other than that, it was AMAZING !!!! And our contact was live online help.

Great Girl's Get-away

My best friend and I needed a much deserved short vacay and this cute condo was perfect. Perfect location to walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. The condo was well stocked, even though we didn't cook! Loved the 2bdrm/2bath for us girls
