Welcome to our elegant Costa Blanca Townhome Unit #A which is only step from nearest beach access Enjoy the comfort of home with a spacious layout that accommodates up to 13 guests. Our home is equipped with all the amenities you`ll need for a great stay. Unwind with a cup of coffee by the pool in the private back yard and take in the peaceful neighborhood. Whether you`re looking for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this is the perfect spot for large families.

This modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private 1-car garage. There`s no `cramming in` at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. The home offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies. This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 13.

It is a very short walking distance to the beach - you can the view the South Padre skyline and partial views the beach from the balconies. Relax by the large private pool while you watch the sunset followed by the fireworks display (every Friday at 9:15 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The home has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and WiFi. It is conveniently located near restaurants and bars: Longboard Bar and Grill, Lobo del Mar and it is 2 blocks from CVS Pharmacy.

Excellent house

This is our third or fourth year staying here. The house is very nice and accommodates our family of 12 perfectly. The location is wonderful, walking distance from the beach and to most shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Noisy location but convenient to beach

We arrived Thursday and enjoyed ourselves till the night life on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Loud music till 2 am all weekend. The picture makes you think you have a huge place but you are only renting one side. The kitchen is well stocked but tiny. Will not rent this again because of the loud music.

Great Padre Beach Rental

Fun on the island!!

We had a great time. The house was very spacious my family and I. Everything you need for a family trip! Not a far walk to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. We had everything we needed and more to make our stay more relaxing and cozy.

Great house, close to the beach

This property was perfect for the 11 of us (3 families). The walk to the beach was so easy with kids and all our stuff. My only complaint was that the 3rd floor tended to get VERY hot during the day and wouldn't cool down until 9ish. If you have young kids, I would recommend they stay on lower floors since they'll likely go to bed earlier. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, the house was clean and the pool was fantastic. It’s a very spacious place for a group of 12 to stay, the only thing was that the two rooms on the third floor don’t have doors which removes the privilege of having privacy but over all it a great place to stay!

Awesome getaway!

This property was fantastic and a great location. The beach was a very short walk as well as restaurants and stores. We had a very comfortable stay and the property manager was wonderful. She was very helpful with recommendations and made our stay most enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Disappointed

The pictures were a bit deceiving, which didn’t really bother me. What I was most disappointed about was the cleanliness. There was mold/mildew in the shower and the shower floor was dark with dirt. I went the next morning and had to purchase cleaning products. After I cleaned the entire bathroom, because I didn’t trust that any of it had been cleaned, it was ok. I also had to purchase batteries for the tv remote. They were dead and it would not work without the remote. There was no one available on site to proved new ones. Sadly, I will not stay here again when visiting.

Location was perfect. Walking distance for everything.

Place was Perfect. the only thing is the top floor 2 bedrooms share a shower/ bathroom and no bedroom doors, so you hear the other room and a hallway light goes on whenever somebody makes a move. /suggestion sliding barn doors for those bedroom doors, which will give some privacy. And was dissapointed the pool was not heated, the weather was in the 60's in Feb so a heated pool would of made it a perfect stay.

The property is well done recent construction. Beautiful pool. Spacious and well equipped bathrooms in every bedroom. The beach is only two blocks away. When the Christmas mega-storm took out the power to the house, the manager worked hard to find an alternate place for our family. She was ready to move us to an equivalent property to guarantee our comfort. Just as we were preparing to move; the city of South Padre restored our power. It. Was evident that our comfort was the manager's first concern. When we get back to South Padre Island we will try to stay in the same house. The experience of the house vs the listing demonstrates the power of the wide angle lens. Public spaces are smaller than pictures seem to show.
