Terrible experience. Apartment was furnished extremely cheaply and inadequately. There was 1 3 person sofa for a 3 bedroom apartment which is grossly inadequate. No place for people to sit.. Only one small table in the living space which is about 30cm diameter.The dining table chairs were wobbly and we were afraid they would break undressed at any given time.There was a balcony which is nice but absolutely no chairs to sit on while on the balcony.The sink faucet in the master bedroom simply came off with water squirting all over the place. The faucet in the kitchen over the sink is literally held together with Scotch tape.

Alright

The property was very nice and comparable to the photos online, however, was not very clean. There was stains, cigarette butts, dust and dirty toilets. The accommodation was incredible despite that, very nice layout and location.

Terrific 3BR apartment in wonderful Melbourne location

The building is located in a very cool spot, with a laneway containing numerous restaurants, coffee shops, laundromat, award-winning gelato and more. Walking distance to Queen Victoria Market, Yarra River, Old Melbourne Gaol and more. 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 have balcony access. One is ensuite & the other 2 share a bathroom. The kitchen/living/dining area is spacious. Beds were comfortable & the rooms were quiet despite the downtown location. Highly recommend!

Good location - needs improvement

overall our stay was good. However, the unit is a bit tired and definitely needs some TLC. The dishwasher didn't work when we arrived, the door to the balcony also didn't work, the showers leaked a lot of water. And some small things like there was no laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels etc. Also, the unit was not clean. I had to go through and clean cutlery (and the drawers they were in). That being said the location was fantastic and the response from the property manager was great. They were quick to respond and willing to solve any issues I had.The owner should really spruce up the place to make it worth the amount they are charging.
