Everything was exactly how it was presented online. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect for the 4 of us. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and stocked with everything you needed to cook with. We enjoyed the place so much and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and generous. Would highly recommend.

Staying in this unit was miserable. This trip was meant for my elderly parents to enjoy the beach. I wanted everything to be stress-free so I reached out to the property manager before our arrival, but received no response despite multiple attempts. My husband found our dates still listed for rent on another website which raised our anxiety about having a place after the long drive. Upon arrival, the door code worked, and the unit was nice, but there was no beach equipment as advertised. Unpacking groceries, we discovered the fridge wasn’t cold. After a grocery run, we found it still warm and worried about spoilage. We called Evolve, and while they tried to help, the property manager failed to follow up. We were relieved to store groceries in a neighbor’s fridge. Our disappointment continued when we found the pool gate code didn’t work. Later, we learned the code had changed months ago. On our trip to the beach, which we kept short for my parents, we returned to a rude note about our dog barking. We’ve stayed in this building multiple times without complaints, so this note was shocking. My husband attempted to speak to the upstairs neighbors, but they were unresponsive. The next day, we received another accusatory note. My husband talked to an upstairs resident, who claimed they weren't responsible for the notes but mentioned barking at 6 a.m., which was unfounded. On our final night, I received a call about barking complaints. Instead of enjoying ourselves, we felt harassed.

Best Condo Yet

The property was fantastic! The colors were bright and the view of the marinea was nice. Very quiet. No loud noise or routeness, etc. There were a couple of things that needed maintanience however did not disrupt our stay. 1. Oven was terribly dirty -needed cleaning. 2. The tub surround in the shared bathroom made terrible noise when walking in the shower. It sounded like the surround was coming loose from the tube3. The bracket on the bottom kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator was completely off. When you open the cabinet the door dangled.The owner was very helpful for our check in. We could never find the office or who we check in with. Thankfully they included the owner's phone number in the reservation. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. I wish we could get one like it every time we travel. .

Great family trip

The property was very clean, excellent condition. We visited with our family ranging from 1 yr to 60s. It was spacious, beds comfortable, living room was great. It was within walking distance to the marina which was really great for dinner. It was great for our toddler to be able to watch the boats. The property manager was prompt to respond to questions. We had a great time and we would return!

Nice quick getaway

Very nice property and very spacious. There were some issues, but I have sent those to the property manager. I am sure the issues will be addressed. I think anyone would enjoy the property and location.

Wonderful home away from home

The condo was absolutely beautiful. it was very spacious and loved that there were as many bathrooms as bedrooms. The kitchen was large with enough space for three families to gather around for meals. We definitely cannot wait to come back.. The view out onto the marina was breathtaking and beautiful, especially as sunrise. Accessing the property was easy. It was close to everything and just a short 5 to 10 minute drive to everything on the island. The restaurant next-door was great as well as the coffee shop.

Such a cute & cozy place!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described! It is decorated so cute! We would definitely rent again. The pool was nice & the kids enjoyed it being right there! It is right next door to Morningstar Marina so you can see all the boats out at the marina from your balcony! Coastal Kitchen is also there... best meal we had while on vacation & we were able to walk to supper!
