Welcome to Princeville! If you are looking for a stunning hotel alternative for a fraction of the price, you've come to the PERFECT hale. Princeville Sands Studio has a great sitting area, microwave, fridge, King bed, beautiful full bathroom, beach gear, and private lanai. The pool, BBQ and grounds at Sandpiper are awesome for hanging around and getting some rest after a long day at any of the nearby beaches. You can walk down to Sealodge (12 mins) or Anini (about 17 mins) from this property.

This property was perfect for us. We were close to lots of great food, nice beaches, and Haena State Park. The property was very much as described. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great spot for two people

We had a great stay. The host was communicative and the spot had what we needed for our short stay. It was clean and in a beautiful area.

The room had everything you would want in a studio. It was perfect in terms of location to Hanalei and all the beaches. It felt safe and secure. My only advice is to find the studio within the complex before dark. It is difficult to find the studio due to limited lighting and condo numbers that are not sequential . It’s a 5 star rating otherwise.

Great value and location

Loved the location, perfect spot to explore the North shore. Portable AC unit was a nice unexpected feature. Pictures are accurate. The only thing missing was a few glass wine glasses.

The place was a convenient stay in Kauai and the patio was a nice place to hang out. We loved the location and its good access to multiple beaches. Nothing fancy, and the AC was quite loud, but I would recommend!

The property was nice and clean. The communication was very quick and effective.Our main complain is that the first night we couldn't find a parking spot. There were cars parked in unnumbered spots without a pass and even on the grass. There was literally no place to park. We spent more than 2h at night trying to find a spot. We parked in another complex nearby and a neighbor came and tell at us. He even chased is to our unit. We ended up going to bed around 1am. Definitely not the situation we expected to be at during our vacation.I think the property should have a reserved parking to avoid this stressful situations.The unit had stairs. iIRC that wasn't well advertised.Desperate that, the overall experience was good.

Princeville location

The condo was cute and clean. Efficient for being small. We should have rented a car. Public transportation doesn’t really exist and we walked around.

Neat and tidy private condo in Sandpiper Village, Princeville

Such a lovely, clean and tidy studio condo in the Princeville Sandpiper Village area. Compact yet functional kitchenette and access to village pool and bbq was lovely. Fantastic that beach equipment was also provided by the host, giving us the opportunity to explore local snorkelling spots not available to public. Only downside is that there was some noise from residential foot and car traffic, making it less secluded than originally thought. A lovely, comfortable experience on northern Kauai.

Relaxing stay in Princeville

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property management company was very helpful with any questions I had. Google got us to the parking lot, but we had to walk around the complex to find the correct unit. Once we found it, access was easy and the unit was set up wonderfully for us. Didn't end up walking to the nearest beaches, but Hanalei beach is just a short drive away. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler for hang time at the beach!. Very relaxing to sit on the lanai in the nice breeze!

Heavenly home away from home.

Our stay at the Sandpiper Condominium in Princeville was an absolute delight, thanks to Kory’s exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Kory was warm and welcoming, patiently guiding us through every detail of check-in and parking, making us feel instantly at ease. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully lit, and perfectly maintained, creating an inviting and serene retreat. The lanai was one of our favorite features—a peaceful oasis where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine, surrounded by Kauai’s stunning beauty. Kory’s thoughtful extras, like the coffee, wine, and chocolate, added a luxurious touch that made our stay feel truly special. Every detail reflected Kory’s dedication to creating an outstanding guest experience. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s a serene sanctuary in paradise. Nice, but A/C unit wasn't that great didn't use it for that reason. Parking was difficult no assigned spot. neighbors were noisy at night.

Fun vacation Princeville

Nice and quiet not far from the beach pool was nice grounds were nice close to golf and shopping Probably Not format for this but I left an item in the unit when I left any I can contact on that email is baf@idelect.com

Perfect cozy spot for two!

Our stay in Princeville was magical! The studio was the perfect size for two with a comfy king sized bed, refrigerator and all the basic essential kitchen supplies we wanted for quick breakfasts/lunches and morning coffee. We also used the communal grill at the pool one night and this was great! The private lanai was breezy and the views of the mountain from the front door were incredible! Can't recommend this stay enough.

Nicht gerade „bright and beautiful“ wie beworben. Die „kitchenette“: Ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle gegenüber vom Bett. Dazu mobill gegenüber der Toilette unter dem einzigen Waschbecken, das gleichzeitig Spülbecken ist: Transportabel eine kleine 1-flammige E-Herdplatte, 1 Mini-E-Grillofen, 1Mixer - davon ist für maximal 1 Gerät Platz neben dem Spülbecken. Die Warmwassertemperatur schwankte zwischen fast kalt und lauwarm. Unserer Reklamation sofort vor Ort wurde nicht stattgegeben. Das Lanei erlaubt keine freien Blick und ist zwischen den Wohnkomplexwänden gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten gut und alles sehr verkehrsgünstig in einem sehr großen schön angelegtem Wohnviertel.

Clean, quaint and cozy!

Clean, quaint and super cozy studio nestled in the north shore. One minute drive to the Princeville market, five minute drive to Hanalei. Loved the rainbow eucalyptus trees!!! I’ll definitely be back. Mahalo!
