Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, and the charming breakfast nook, with views of the pool and golf course, comfortably seats six. For more formal meals, the adjacent dining area also accommodates six guests.
The spacious living room, with its cozy sectional sofa and HDTV, offers a perfect place to relax. And with direct access to the private deck, it’s easy to take the indoors outside for a seamless flow of relaxation and entertainment.
The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, a comfy chair, and an HDTV. It also boasts private access to the deck, so you can step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings whenever you like. The en-suite bathroom is a personal sanctuary, with a large sunken tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, an HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Upstairs, the third bedroom is ideal for kids or guests, with two double beds, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom, complete with another tub/shower combo.
The fourth bedroom, located downstairs off the kitchen, features a king bed, an HDTV, and direct access to the pool area through a private door. Plus, there’s an additional full bathroom just off the main hall for added convenience.
